STEPHANIE has been my stylist for about 10 years now. A number of strangers and hairstylists have stopped me to inquire about who cuts my hair. The stylists always inspect my head & compliment Stephanie’s work. This is always followed by them stressing to me to keep going to her. duh I know! STEPHANIE is talented. As she works she’s relaxed, focused & fun! added bonus: ease of scheduling and reasonable rates. yay!

Stephanie’s been cutting my hair for years now — and she rocks. Every now and then I stray, and check out another salon — either because I can’t get an appt on a moment’s notice and MUST have my hair cut — or I am traveling… but i always return to Stephanie. No one compares to the package she provides — excellent cutter /​stylist, polite and real, genuine in conversation, and at $ 35/​a haircut (at least for my hair) she’s totally affordable… which means i can return every four weeks for another cut… Highly recommend Stephanie.

Stephanie has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. She is what I would call a «hair whisperer». I don’t even have to tell her what I want and in the she always turns out a great product. I trust this chick! People always ask me where I get my hair cut cuz that is how great she is!

Stephanie is a warm, down to earth person AND great at what she does. She really listens to what you want and that’s huge! You can bring her a picture of anything and she can do it… just like that. That’s talent!
I’ve been to places where you ask for something and they end up cutting it the same way everytime, and it’s not at all what you wanted. I like to change it up and she’s always able to understand what I’m going for and make it happen. I always bring pictures and we talk about how to adapt it for my hair type. She always give tips on what products to use, but doesn’t push you to buy certain products that she carries at the Salon, just gives her honest opinion.
I was going to a fancy super expensive place and she’s just as talented at less cost.

i’d give steph 20 stars if i could. stephanie was the sole master of my hair for my 9 year tenure in SF. it took me almost 4 years in DC to find someone i like nearly as much and it’s still not the same. steph not only gives great hair but actually cares about her clients. i miss her lots…
