I hired Gabriel Dan to create drawings for my in-​law unit «to code» so that they would be approved with the city. He assured me that they wouldn’t request any changes. I started building and he neglected to include the requisite door from the «outside», as opposed to the slider that was under the house, and he neglected to create a window that has the «outside» access for emergency situations. I had to hire a second architect to create drawings to get my unit approved. This is pretty basic stuff. And he has a terrible personality to boot.

I own a condo in a building that was recently renovated by Studio Fresco. They renovated the front of our building and installed all new windows, put up new stucco and painted both the interior and exterior. Gabriel and his workers were very professional and accomodated all our busy schedules. He was considerate of the time he was in my condo and always cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend him! EA

I contracted with Studio Fresco to redo the front of my home. He came up with an innovative design that was in my budget. They were VERY easy to deal with and he gave me options to choose from. Mr. Dan, was always available to answer questions, and flexible when we chose to change one part of the design. In addition, he was courteous and mindful of when I was home, and clean up when the project was done.
