The customer service rep is really rude & discourages you from browsing if you do not intend to buy items there. He made me feel uncomfortable by even being here, even checking up on me several times in the back to verify that I haven’t damaged any of the expensive designer clothes as I was browsing for jackets. He was not at all friendly or welcoming to shoppers. The selection is very diverse with lots of top brands; the store is always empty & is not a friendly place for folks who just want to browse & try on cool art pieces there. I knock off 3 stars for rude customer service.

I love stopping by Illa when I’m in the neighborhood. There’s a lot see and appreciate as soon as you enter, and I especially like the front room full of dark hues and leather goodies. Thanks to the gentleman in head-to-toe black who helped me find exactly what I’ve been looking for!

The guy working there was rude. I was dressed really casual and he treated me like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman in the scene where she shops on Rodeo Drive. I brought in two bags to consign. I was so disgusted my his initial attitude towards me that I decided to take my things and leave. As I was grabbing my bags, he had the nerve to reach into my bag and pull out my Dolce & Gabbana blouse. «This is interesting!» he says, but I snatched it back along with my Missoni dresses and said I was leaving. Change your attitude and I may come back.

Wonderful wonderful store. A fabulous and inspiring addition to Union Street! They have a great selection of quality and avant-garde luxury designer fashion, for the eye that knows. Lots of choice, something for everyone, thank you for moving here! And thank you for carrying Ann Demeulemeester!
