Sunshine and Succulents

Brandi did a corporate workshop for us in the Matter of Trust eco-​center in the mission. Not only even the least artsy of us made very pretty looking succulents, we learned how to take care of them as well. Everyone enjoyed this a ton, I highly recommend it for team-​building.

Sunshine and Succulents provided such a unique and relaxing workshop for our office! Everyone had a fantastic time decorating their terrariums and it was fun to take a look at everyone’s terrarium after they were done making it.
The team provided us with the vessel, dirt, succulents, moss, sand, and rocks to build our very own terrarium. We started out by picking two succulents of our choice to put in our vessel. We then grabbed dirt to fill the vessel and then placed our succulents on top. Now here comes the fun part! We were able to decorate around the succulent with different colored moss, sand, and rocks. Everyone had their own personal style and it really shined through.
The women who ran this workshop were kind, knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. They provided us with everything we needed and answered every question for us. If you want to learn how to make succulent and moss terrariums and any combination in-​between, I recommend learning from Sunshine and Succulents!

Sunshine and Succulents recently hosted a team-​building workshop at my office and everyone had a blast! The team brought in so many different plants for us to choose from and we had the opportunity to decorate our terrariums however we wanted.
The process started by us picking any two plants we wanted and picking up glass pots to go along with them. The two women who came to our office to help out were super friendly and attentive to any of our questions. We were then directed to a table filled with various materials to help us build our terrariums. We were given soil, different colored mosses, stones and rocks of all different sizes, and even some sand. There was no shortage of materials and all of our employees creations turned out differently. Everyone had a great time mingling while also struggling to make ours look the best!
All in all, Sunshine and Succulents put on a great workshop and I would definitely recommend them for team building events and craft parties!

My girlfriend and I just took a terrarium workshop at Matter of Trust Eco-​Center. Brandi was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and artistic. We learned a lot about succulents, how to care for them, and how to get creative with our terrarium layout. Such a fun class with lots of design and inspiration tips for our backyard. I definitely recommend them!

I can’t believe I just bought my first succulent garden from Sunshine and Succulents! Seriously, I’ve been eyeing them online for so long. Brandi is an incredible artist with an eye for balance, color, and whimsy in her design, plus she’s got a green thumb the size of Texas! It’s great knowing that you can go back to her with questions about your plants long after your purchase. Can’t wait to check out her classes!

Sunshine and Succulents has supplied my organization with terrariums many times in the past. I keep going back because the work is of such high quality, and working with Brandi is a breeze. Both her professionalism and love of plants (and sharing that love with others) comes through.
The terrariums I’ve received are beautiful, each one a work of art, and made with quality plants and other inputs. I’ve used them for fundraising raffles and they end up being the most popular item.
