Looking forward to have a relax place in Japantown area, their décor is good and the seats make you feel comfortable, I’ve asked why there is no soft opening price and been told it will on the 4th of February, for sure will come on that day and as well as in the future. Good job!

Décor is so much better than before, and the menu more enticing. It’s really no more expensive than other boba places in the city(sigh). Cash only(for now). Waited a few extra minutes for tapioca to finish cooking. Employees are super fresh and they’re still working out the kinks, but at least there’s more than one person working. Drinks and popcorn chicken are solid. Atmosphere is good. Four stars because of proximity and the fact that I need this place to do well and be great. I have faith.

Said soft opening but no soft opening price like the one in Oakland. Much more expensive than other T4 for all milk teas BUTDOESNOTACCEPTCREDITCARDS. No stamp cards. Ordered 30% sweetness but tasted like 100%.

Finally a decent boba place in the Jtown area, which is not saying much honestly. I love how T4 renovated the whole place. Now the layout is much better, and the interior is brighter than the previous two boba places at the same location. And they have more workers, so the service is much faster. Yay. Hopefully they will fix their machine soon, so that they will be able process credit card. As for the price, it is pretty standard for San Francisco(rent and all cough cough*). I guess other T4 locations have lower prices, but yeah, just remember you are in SF where everything is pretty much expensive nowadays. Tried the: –Roasted Oolong Milk tea with boba 80% sweet: I actually like this one, but it’s a bit sweeter than I expected because their boba is sweet. Boba was on point in terms of chewiness, but the drink itself was a little bit watery. Next time, I will probably try 50% sweet and 50% ice. –Royal Fresh Milk Tea with boba 80% sweet, 80% ice: Again sweeter than I’d like, Not much tea flavor going on. I prefer the roasted oolong. Pros: –Decent menu –Free wifi –Plenty of seating –Bright interior, making it a good place to study/work remotely from –Fast service Cons: –Currently doesn’t accept card because their card reader is broken(Other reviewers saying doesn’t accept credit cards, but according to the worker, it’s just broken for now) If I compare T4 to my favorite boba shops, T4 is only 3 starts worthy. However, since there are 0 good boba places around me, I’m giving it an extra star for the convenience.
