I have loved living here. If it wasn’t for my partner’s job moving I’d be happily settled in for the next decade. The block is 50s/60s but the apartments have been renovated inside with new kitchen, bathrooms etc and they come in a variety of sizes. My place is a 2-story townhouse style with only 1 shared wall so super quiet and private. The block is built around a lovely shared garden which is a little oasis in the city. There’s also a laundry onsite with plenty of machines which are newer and well maintained. Its a quiet area behind Kaiser but only 5 minutes walk to all the fun stuff on Divisadero and the local farmers markets plus Japantown is also close just down Geary Boulevard. The property manager Terri lives on site and she’s awesome. Her team are super responsive, maintenance is handled promptly & well and Terri is keen to ensure her residents have a good experience. As an example her crew couldn’t finish some maintenance as promised on a Friday so she asked them to come in on Sunday so that I didn’t have to wait until the next week. That type of service is rare in professionally managed SF properties and I very much appreciated it after having less than stellar experiences with other property managers. I’d highly recommend checking out 22 Terra Vista Apartments when you next move.

I have lived here for over 20 years it just a block from Geary Blvd and the 38 bus line. Have Walgreens and Target, Best Buy and more just a block away. It is also just behind Kaiser Hospital. The apartment is also under rent control

We lived here for three years in San Francisco and of all the apartment stories we’ve had, this place was the best. The building is older from the outside but many of the interiors are refurnished with new countertops and flooring. We had a nice three bedroom that had a great view of the city especially at sunset. The manager, Teri, was awesome. She handled everything quickly without any hiccups. I would say that leaving this place was somewhat emotional as I feel that our lives changed so much while living in San Francisco and this apartment really was part of that experience. If anyone needs a place to rent in the Pacific Heights /NOPA area, this place is awesome.
