Cool place. Great drink but a little pricey except during happy hour. Good location, service was goods.

Do yourself a favor and have the carrot and quinoa salad. I also had the Thai wings which were pretty good. Sitting at the bar it’s hard to have bad service. Both times I went the servers were friendly and attentive. Pizza of the guy next to me looked amazing.

Wow — what a great experience! Build-out is just simple, warm, inviting. The high tables are perfect for a group — it made conversation soooooo easy for the 6 of us. The staff is really good — flexible, knowledgeable, understands the product and loves to share. Bottomless mimosas, Southern Fried Chicken over Coconut Curry waffles(light as air with a little heat) and a delightful Bernaise, Short-rib Hash, freshly-made ravioli — just outstanding! Our server was attentive –if we even looked his way, he was right there. Ms. Mosser — great job! We will definitely be back!

Service, service, service– oh yeah, SUPERGOODFOOD! what a treat. They made us feel like we were family and they were sharing their best dishes with us. Mia and the new girl, with the circuit board earnings, really took their time and made it an even better experience. Thank you Also loved music.

I rate this place just ok. I won’t rush back here again. I ordered mac n cheese, duck leg and milk and cookies for restaurant week special. Mac n cheese was pretty good but it’s hard to mess up that. Duck was on the salty side. And dessert I haven’t had yet but I’m sure will be at the least fine hard to mess up something so basic.

Sunday Brunch 1.10 had the Southern fried chicken Benedict and was blown away. One of the best brunch experiences of my life, and $ 25 bottomless mimosas? Sold. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was perfect. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. I live on 4th and will definitely be back.

the service was off. waitress rushed us to order and then the 1st course and main came before the wine. I’m not sure what the rush was about, the restaurant was not full. the food was pretty good but the soup was so salty it made me feel sick later. the salad was great and the main was good. we sat in the room adjacent to the main dining room, the main room had super loud music which was not compatible with a 7pm dinner, and it was so loud it infiltrated into our room. other than that the ambience was nice, the décor was nice. I miss Annabelle’s!

We just stopped in for drinks. Our Bloody Marys were fantastic, with house-made pickles and just the right amount of kick.

I’ve read the reviews. In my experience it’s really not bad. Food is pretty good, service is fine, and it’s not overcrowded.

Stopped by on a Saturday for a quick lunch w the lady. There was only a few other tables and we sat quickly. Having been a huge fan of the previous Annabelles, this new restaurant had some big shoes to fill. Alas, they came up short. I had the burger, which sounded great on the menu. She had the short rib hash with eggs. Both were recommended by our waiter. The burger was actually a double patty, not something I ever hope to see as it reminds me of 5 guys. Despite the cheese and condiments, this burger was overcooked and lacked any flavor whatsoever. I could only taste the char from the grill marks. Fries were limp and sad. The short rib dish sounded so good, but again had zero flavor. What is the chef doing back there? Overall this is a loss, as Annabells was a staple of over 30 years, now taken over by the Keystone. Hopefully they will get the kitchen in order soon.

The hamburger goes to a new level with freshly ground grass fed beef and the French Fries cut in house with a smooth aioli spread. The staff was coming in for the night shift, but Jason outdid himself in taking care of the bar and restaurant sections. His manners and knowledge of the food was a nice change for a weary traveler.

The burger and the chicken sandwich are amazing. In town for only two days but ate here five times. Highly recommend this place. Cheers!

Service was extremely slow! and it was a slow Sunday night, not crowded at all. It took them 15+ minutes just to get us water. Even the drinks took forever, we had to check in on our order at least twice else we’d be sitting there all night. May be it is new and they are still figuring things out. My friends were hungry so they ordered wings and ceasar salad. They said both of those items were good… drinks wise, we stuck to whiskey and were pleased :)

I went here with a friend on a Friday(10÷23÷15) night with no reservations. The bar area was really busy but the dining area wasn’t too busy so we were seated right away. The restaurant went through a major remodel so I’ve been meaning to try out the new menu they debuted recently. The owners did a great job with the remodel – the restaurant looks brighter and more open. The lighting throughout the space gave a beautiful and intimate ambiance for the dinner crowd. Our server, Sebastian, was really great. As soon as we were seated he took down our drink orders and gave us some time to look over the menu. We each got a Moscone Mule(ALOO vodka, ginger beer, lime, sarsaparilla, mint). I enjoyed the drink– the sarsaparilla in the drink gave it an interesting taste. We started off with the following appetizers: —(6) OYSTERSON A HALFSHELL(marin miyagis with lemon and black pepper mignonette): the oysters were very fresh and beautifully plated. — COLLARDGREENLUMPIA: my friend and I are Filipino so we were really excited to try this out. This was a very good twist on the traditional style lumpia. I really liked the collard green and pork filling and each bite was perfection. The filling was very moist and flavorful and the wrapping was crispy. The sawsawan sauce reminded me of the sauce I use at my own family parties – really great appetizer! — MAC N CHEESE(smoked gouda & white cheddar cheese sauce, ditalini pasta): I loved the smoked gouda in this dish, it really gave the dish a light smokey taste which made it very yummy and memorable. For our main dishes we shared the following: — THEKEYSTONEDELUXECHEESEBURGER(local white cheddar, aioli, french fries): the burger was cooked perfectly(medium). The meat was very juicy and the French fries were perfectly crisp. — PORKSHOULDERGRILLEDCHEESE(provolone, orange zest, pickles): I really liked this dish! The pork shoulder was really tender and complimented the provolone cheese very well. — P.E.I. MUSSELS(shallot, garlic, chili flake, bacon, bone marrow, vermouth, fried bread): this dish was my least favorite. I think the mussels were a bit overcooked but the sauce for the dish was really tasty. For our 2nd round of drinks we each got a Tito’s vodka dirty martini – really great staple of a drink especially after tasting so many dishes. Overall, I really LOVE this restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect and service was SUPERB– Sebastian was very attentive to us; he kept checking in with us to see if we had everything we needed and asked us what we thought of our dishes and drinks. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND trying this gem of a restaurant. It’s conveniently located by the Westfield shopping centre, Metreon and various nightclubs and music venues. The Keystone is a great place to drink and dine at if you’re in the downtown area —THANKYOU for a wonderful experience! I will definitely come back :)

The Keystone is right across from the Marriot Marquis — we had just arrived at the hotel and needed food! This place is definitely more of an upscale bar scene. We ordered a cheeseburger split with fries on the side. The aioli was really flavorful and I liked it more than the ketchup. The bun was really good and the burger was cooked perfectly. It was a fine experience overall. Our server was great. The food was good, the ambiance was fine. I wouldn’t NOT go here, but I wouldn’t make it my first stop in San Fran only because there are so many unique places I’d rather try first.

I went to The Keystone last week for lunch they really loved the new space, nicely close to Union Square shopping. Our ‘updated’ margarita cocktails were tasty and the the two different sandwiches we ordered was delicious. We could have stayed longer and tried another cocktail, but decided to come back another time. I would recommend this place for lunch, and I will be returning for dinner soon.

I wasn’t particularly pleased with this restaurant. It has a great atmosphere, but mediocre food. The service was cold. I came here with a coworker and we started with the Heirloom Tomato Salad and Warm Bread. Nothing special about either of these(not that I was expecting much from either since they’re pretty basic, but a good restaurant can still impress even with their lowest offerings). For dinner I ordered their Grilled Chicken Roll(with prosciutto, blue cheese, and walnut butter). Literally the only thing I could taste on this sandwich was the walnut butter. It was overwhelming. The consistency of the bread was good, but I can’t speak to any flavor aside from walnut. This was a sad dinner choice. It came with a side salad with a champagne vinaigrette. This was basically just some lettuce. I don’t think there was any dressing on it. My coworker ordered the pork shoulder grilled cheese and said it was okay. I was disappointed that I used up one of my two dinners while in San Francisco at this restaurant.

09.03.15 Happy hour through 6:30PM(and again late evening). This cool new spot opened up where Annabelle’s used to be, and very convenient to the Westfield mall and surrounding shopping areas. We started with the strawberry blonde and moscone mule, then got right to the pizza, fries, and wings. The pizza was fine, the fries were a bit too starchy, and the wings were the highlight of the night. Not a bad place for a low-key stop. Total damage for two: $ 63
