I bought a short-​sale preoperty in November, 2012 for a steal of a price. Unfortunately, it was run in to the ground by the previous owners. Not sure if they were used to living in a third-​world country with dirt floors, but I think that was the look they were after. Or maybe none of them knew how to clean.
Whatever the reason, the high-​traffic areas on the light colored carpeting were literally BLACK. I’ll post some pics later — hard to believe how bad it was.
I spent my savings on cleaners, Kitchen appliances, cleaners, Bathrooms, cleaners… well, you get the idea. The place was filthy and I didn’t have $ 10k to spend of new flooring. I also had a very narrow and unpredictable window between escrow closing and when I had to be out of my apartment. Tri-​ang guys were very flexible and understandig of my situation with uncertain timing on my end.
I was referred to this company from a friend. Their prices were very reasonable and they were very flexible, curteous and patient, and took the time to do the job right. Oh, and you don’t have to deal with the BS I’ve experienced with chain ‘steemer’ carpet cleaners you see advertized on TV. Tri-​ang guys are legit, hard-​working and honest.
I was hoping for results that I could call sanitary so I could let my 15 month old crawl on the floor, but I figured the carpets would still be hiddeous. Was I in for a surprise… They got rid of about 90% of the staining and all of the odor and it dried within hours, which speaks to the quality of machines they use and their care and thoroughness. They went above and beyond my expectaions.
We’ve been living on these carpets for a few months and I still can’t believe how good they look compared to what we started with. I woudn’t hesitate to call on these guys in the future. They even salvaged a nice area rug that the previous owners left behind — it’s in my dining room now :-)

I’ve tried cleaning my carpet on the cheap ($ 40) myself and there is absolutely no comparison. If you want it done right and don’t want to compromise… give them a call!
I used them in October 2012. Meticulous attention to detail, courteous and reliable; these guys showed up on time, worked quickly (without letting the cat run out the door) and made my light beige carpet look brand new!!! To top it off, I was blown away by how reasonable the cost was, I honestly don’t know how they stay in business?!
