This company sells phone numbers to their customers and those customers have end users who are hard to track. These end users take advantage of this and text/​call people using abusive language, they even use their numbers to harass people. When contacted the company regarding this matter, Twilio’s response was we respect the privacy of our customers and we can’t provide you any information. If that’s the case soon this companies end users will be sex offenders and the hard core criminals, what a shame and they will get away from what they are doing? People are abusing their technology and company can’t share the information, they want a SUBPOENA to release the information.
I hope my review for this company will not be removed by paying Unilocal as they have the money and resources to shutdown the voice of people who are victim of the harassment and are suffering because of their API end users.
BRAVO Twilio keep up the good work and all the scumbags around the world will be yours customers.

Very Developer Friendly. If you have played with their API, walk in with your idea and talk to their developer evangelists! My sister just started learning programming she built a project with Twilio’s API and she was invited for wednesday dinner! I really like their support and they have a great API, so if you are building a mobile or web app that uses calling or sms, try out their API and you wont be disappointed.
