Delays, Lies, and Bad Customer Service! They lost our sale…
We went in to buy a phone and Verizon contract and decided on a phone that was currently not in stock. Expecting shipments, they took our number and said they would call when the phone arrived.
A week went by without a call, so we called and they said they had gotten some in, but forgot to call us. They assured us we would get one of the phones in the next shipment.
We called again after a week. Same story. They sold all the phones without calling us… even though there was a post-it note on the sales computer with our information!
At that time, we specifically ordered one for us that had to be sent from Eureka, CA. We got the call it was in… and when we went in to pick it up on the date we agreed, they had sold it to another customer!
On top of it all, they had the nerve to ask us to wait again!
Do yourself a favor… go somewhere else like we will !!
