Katie was wonderful in helping me though a very rough and scary patch in my pregnancy. She was always careful to follow up on how my system was handling the herbs, and was very responsive to my questions and feedback. She turned me onto some amazing herbs, as my needs and the focus of the treatment changed from general support for both energy and sleep, to also (and mainly) managing severe muscle spasms around my sacro-​iliac joint. I feel really lucky to have been helped by the herb she recommended for me for support with all of these things, including my poor muscles which I had not been responsible towards, and had allowed to get into a very bad way. (It was also a really neat plant to learn about.)
Katie was extremely responsive to my safety concerns as a pregnant and breastfeeding mother, passing on research and taking my questions seriously, so even though she had it on good word that the herb was safe in small doses, she decided to have me take it short-​term. (After that she still had a formula to suggest if I felt I needed it, and she continued to do great follow-​up.) Now in my third trimester (and still breastfeeding – sigh), I feel much healthier and stronger in many ways after getting the herbal support several weeks ago from Katie.
I also want to add that the way she handled my toddler in her office for the intake speaks volumes about her very gracious, knowledgeable, and flexible way of working with people. She had told me that I was welcome to bring my 18-​month-​old daughter, who unfortunately when the hour arrived was having a teething-​related meltdown (four molars, in fact.) It was pretty amazing how Katie attended to her, helping to keep her occupied, while simultaneously doing a thoughtful, and adapted (shorter) intake with me, focusing on the most important information and saying that she would do a follow-​up phone call after looking into some herbs, and also mail me the legal forms. She really put me at ease and made a productive session out of a very difficult session, making it look easy with her generous and easy manner.

I went to Katie for a chronic cough issue that doctors kept trying to put me on different antibiotics for. She asked detailed questions about my whole health picture, and then made me a pleasant tasting and inexpensive tincture. My cough started to get better immediately, and went away completely in a month.
I highly recommend Katie because she is a wealth of knowledge about the human body, and she really knows her herbs. She is also a very compassionate healer, so the whole experience of going to see her is enjoyable.

I’ve seen Katie both for herbs and for reiki and can’t say enough good things about her. I’ve had some experience w/​herbs before so I went into it with a small amount of knowledge but for reiki was a total virgin.
Katie spent over an hour for my first consult getting a super detailed history and she even followed up afterward by researching the meds I am currently taking to prevent a possible interaction w/​herbs. Her tinctures and teas are super affordable and I love her teas not just for their help w/​my digestion but they taste great too!
I didn’t know what to expect w/​reiki so I just trusted Katie to take care of me and she did! The reiki session was super relaxing and at one point I literally felt like all the stress and «tiredness» in my legs and feet were melting away.
Do yourself a favor, go see Katie. Her rates are beyond reasonable and she has so much love for what she does that you will literally feel it.

Last month, when I returned from going non-​stop for 3 days putting on an event it was the love and care of Wiseleaf’s proprietor, Katie Delwiche, that saved my ass. I was toasted.
