I only went to one class so far (Burn/​Build 60) but absolutely loved it. The class was held in a huge dance room on the 3rd floor of the Alonzo King Lines Dance Center. Big mirrors, lots of space. The only draw back was we didn’t have A/​C and there was poor air ventilation so we were all HOT HOT HOT (and not just because of the kickass workout).
Breann Mitchell taught the class and was great. Full of energy, clear instructions, and motivating. The class definitely moves at a fast pace, with great music, but if you need to rest /​drink water, you are encouraged to do so.
Although they have been in a studio in Palo Alto for some time, they are just starting out at this location in San Francisco so I’m sure some of the kinks (the heat) will be ironed out soon.
Highly recommend if you want a solid workout and have some fun doing it.
