Clean rooms, has a microwave and a fridge. Rooms are cleaned weekly. Quiet friendly place to stay. Manager and his wife are hard to speak to because of the language barrier. They took our debit card the first week for $ 10 but would not take it anymore after that because they said it said«debit» in it even with the visa logo. Only 1 roll of toilet paper given a week too. But they give us clean towels every week. Pool is still closed. Parking is $ 5 for the sticker. You have to move out for one night after the first 28 days. Laundry on site. Walking distance to stores and groceries. It’s a super nice place if you have to do weekly rental.

Ridiculous. Before we are about to leave the manager goes and inspects the room and charges us $ 8 for«linen damage.» They think that a dirty towel can’t be cleaned using a washer and dryer. Anything to make a few extra bucks. Avoid at all costs!

Dated accommodations. The manager is condescending and talks down to customers. This place is definitely for people who have their backs up against a wall and have no other options. This place takes advantage. Beware!

Let’s be honest, this is more of a residence motel for those who need a bed and a place to stay. You get that, a full fridge and a microwave or hot plate. Safe at night, 2 pools, but both are closed for repair by the county. No obvious crime and safe. The office staff are all Asians, and cater to them. But there is one younger(30’s) gentleman who usually works days Tuesday to Saturday who is polite and helpful. He also speaks the clearest English and is very happy to assist. So is the taller gentleman most evenings & weekend, but his English is poor. There is one very business like middle aged gentleman who never smiles, makes stereotypes and can be very curt & rude. Otherwise, a good place for a crash pad in this economy, or for a studio like place if that what you are looking for in the SGV with no utilities, limited wifi and Direc TV channels & a bed to sleep at $ 201 a week or if you have perfect credit, $ 600 a month . What you see is what you get.
