The maxican woman whose getting orders with terrible attitude is all the reason for this 1 star. Feel like I own her million dollars. You are a server. Just get off if you never realize it.

Wow! Talk about disgruntled employees… I placed a drive-through order with my five-year-old in the backseat. Ordered, got our food and then drove off. Both his and my french fries or salted beyond belief… Things like that could be accidental but this was no accident. Wow! Tried calling the number to speak to a manager but no answer. The number appears to not be in service anymore. Not cool. Karma…

I went through the drive-thru yesterday to order one of the new crispy chicken artisan sandwiches and when I got home I discovered the chicken was not crispy but they placed a grilled one instead. Also, there’s a promotion going on(signs are plastered on all the windows and on the menu) saying you will get a free medium fries with an order of an artisan burger and of course they did not give me the free fries. The sandwich itself, nothing special just an overpriced larger piece of chicken sandwich.

Asked for a big mac, meat on the side(girlfriend doesnt eat meat) and extra cheese, also 2 unsweetened ice teas. Got home and found i received a big mac with no extra cheese, the mac sauce on the side and meat in the sandwich. One sweat tea one regular tea, asked for well done fries and they weren’t well done… and you want $ 15 minimum wage? Please try at least a little with your job before you get replaced my computers and machines lol

I was in 4÷2÷16 to order breakfast. Line in drive thru was insane so I went inside to place a to go order. I requested from the employee a biscuit with egg white, cheese and bacon and a medium coffee. I repeated the SIMPLE order 4 times to the employee as I notice her first entry was incorrect. I wait for my number to be called — picked up the food and left. Once at home I noticed my order was incorrect. I had a English muffin, egg & sausage, and hash browns. I do not eat sausage. I threw this mess in the trash. I contacted the manager on duty — who apologized for poor service. She said I could come back for a replacement meal. I kindly replied driving over 10 miles for a $ 5 meal was a waste of gasoline! Buyer beware: check your purchases as this establishment employs ill trained employees that are wasting $$$$ and will I go in again? No — I rarely do and now I won’t!

I ordered a to go chicken nuggets. They asked me for which kind of sauces. I let them know, got my package and when I arrived at home no sauce at all. What a waste!!!

My elderly parents are regulars here and get treated with such patience and kindness every time they come. The dining area is bright, clean, and at this location in particular they have implemented table service, which as a Millennial I never really cared for until I thought of the implications for folks who have mobility issues; it’s a nice touch, definitely. But no doubt another part of the gargantuan effort McDonald’s is putting into remarketing itself, which also includes protein-heavy breakfast bowl offerings and nostalgic oldies playing in the background.(Ambiance, 5⁄5 especially compared to other McDonald’s) That being said, it is a McDonald’s. I have tried both newly debuted breakfast bowls now and while the intent behind both is admirable, one succeeds while the other flops. The scrambled egg chorizo breakfast bowl sounded interesting but was honestly not good: the egg and chorizo scramble was lukewarm and tasteless, and the hashbrown at the bottom might as well have not been there for how much character it added to the bowl. There is a pretty spicy salsa that accompanied the bowl, but even that was not enough to save this faux-Tex Mex mess. Not worth the 480ish calories or 4 bucks and change.(1⁄5 stars) The egg white and turkey sausage bowl, on the other hand, I liked a good deal better and have since ordered on two consecutive visits. I really like the concept of warm greens(baby kale, apparently) with egg white, and the sausage, shaved Parmesan(or an approximation of that cheese), and Italian seasoning do work together well.(5⁄5) Actually, my main qualm about regularly ordering the breakfast bowl is the waste generated afterward. Seems like a disconnect to have such a «healthy», gourmet-ish item offered in a receptacle that screams single-use and throwaway culture. This is a larger critique of McDonald’s and the biz model, but why do people eating in need nearly the same level of packaging as those getting items to go? I get the convenience factor, but it is a turn off to at least one subset of their target audience –that is, the one inhabited by yours truly.

Pros: Matt Cons: Soft serve machine always«off» at night. Cheap manager(last time I heard her tell the worker we were ordering from«don’t give them so much chocolate for the soft serve» right in front of our faces) P. S. Matt, keep being awesome. Despite you breaking the bad news(of no soft serve for the night) to us, you’re still awesome.

It’s McDonald’s so how good can it be, but if there’s going be a McDonald’s that will consistently take forever or screw up your order, this location is it.

I usually come here when my brother and I are craving a midnight snack(around 11pm and 1am). The drive thru line is never too long, but it usually takes a while. I’m glad they serve breakfast all day now, but DON’T ORDERTHEHASHBROWNSATNIGHT. You will have to wait at least 15 minutes for them to be done. If you want to get the Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin, order two because you can get 2 for $ 3.99(or one for around $ 3.50). If you take the drive thru, you will HAVE to turn right onto Rosemead, which can be inconvenient if you live on or south of Duarte.

Hit or miss at this location. Sometimes it’s good and other times you can’t believe you had to pay for the warmed over 2 hour old whatever(I think its food, but it’s not edible).

Because I was in a rush I did something I don’t normally do and had lunch at the McD near my house. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, configuring it using their Chipotle copycat method of specifying the components. That turned out okay; it was sloppily thrown together but at least the taste was decent. The french fries, however, were horrible. McD used to be known for having pretty good fries but these were despicable. Barely warm and artificial tasting, I couldn’t even finish them. They tasted old and stale which is puzzling because the place was crowded so it couldn’t be due to low turnover of the food items. The fries were just plain BAD. Yuck. Thus the two stars. To the plus side, the workers were pleasant and friendly. But the food leaves something to be desired, especially at the prices McD now charges — no longer is it relatively cheaper than other places and in fact is comparable to local independent burger joints that make much better food. I won’t be eating lunch at McD anytime soon unless there is no other choice.

This drive thru McDonald’s always has us park on the side to wait for our order… they always take along time and when I do end up getting my meal they forget to give us the fries… I also tell them to not put pickles… what do they do? Put pickles!!! What if I’m allergic to them? Have they thought about the reason behind why people ask for certain things to be different? Anyways, check out the taco truck across the street… Way better of course!

There were no lids for the kids cup and when I asked the worker said«oh there’s no more?» Why would we ask if there still is some? Asked for sweet and sour sauce and I didnt even get it. I went there to get a happy meal so I could get the minions toy and there wasnt anymore. Just disappointed.

:’(I mostly go to McDonald’s for ice cream, fries, and coffee. To me, the fries and coffee are fine. What makes me EXTREMELYSAD is the underwhelming size of the ice cream… :’(:’(:’(for some reason, I always come when the worst ice cream maker is in charge of making ice cream. Whoever trains these ice cream makers… Please supervise the height and width. It makes me so sad to get half the size of what I’d get at Rite Aid for the same price. :’(it’s even worse that this is soft serve and I’m done with it in 2 seconds :’(

An ordinary McDonalds. It’s the one closest to me so I come here from time to time typically when I’m craving a McChicken or some fries and I’m too lazy to drive down and wait for innout fries although Innout’s much better. Anyway, this McDonald’s is relatively cleaner than some others but it’s in the arcadia area so it’s not that much of a surprise. The drivethrough is fast and food is always decent. Only con is my stomach never feels too good after eating the unhealthy meal. Buttttt the breakfast is delicious(pancakes, hash browns, and those eggs) so 3 stars.

It’s a McDonald’s, you get what you pay for really. I only come here when I’m starving and nothing else is open. Their quality control isn’t too good, one of my friends found a hair in his McChicken, and that automatically gets these guys a one star rating from me.
