WARNING! Similar to other customers, my friend and I got scammed by David. We originally came in to get a new phone and was strongly«encourage“d by him to switch from ATT to T Mobile. He did not explain any terms, did not print any forms, and simply instructed that we will receive some gift cards for early termination fee reimbursement and that we have to bring the cards back to his store and split the reimbursement in half with him. Without having done any prior research about the T Mobile deal, we thought what he said was typical until later when we realized there is no rule specifying that we have to split the ETF with a T Mobile sales representative. We contacted David to clarify things and he avoided the issue and did not give a clear answer. Few weeks passed and we held on to the gift cards received in mail without cashing them. Few days ago we confronted David again via text and he got defensive and threatened he will sue us and even use a collecting agency as if he is the victim. We called the number on the back of the prepaid card and the representative informed that someone already reported the visa prepaid cards missing and had the cards be sent to an address in San Gabriel(which is where David’s store is located)!!! What’s even worse is that those cards have been cashed out more than a month ago without our knowledge. Our story clearly indicated that David is not only a con artist but also an impressive actor. If you or someone you know had a similar experience with this unethical and dishonest company, contact us. We should figure something out together.

This place will lie and cheat their way with their fat little fingers into your wallet of hard earned money. First off they will offer you an «amazing smart phone», which in actuality is the oldest model that ever came out with a ton of problems that renders it useless after a few months of minimal use. Second they pretend to give you great deals on their plans and the rest of their phones when they are really just giving you literally bull excrement. You overpay for your plan and you overpay for your pieces of useless plastic. Please don’t ever ever recommend this place to others. He will only help those that he knows well. Otherwise be prepared to waste a shitton of money on this crooked bottomdweller.

This place sucks! They are crooks, liars and thieves! If you people who are working there are reading this then pay attention! I will be taking your asses to the state department of consumer affairs! I will analyzing everything that is wrong with your company and any area you are in violation of will be reported! This company sells an iPhone 4s to my Uncle and clearly states: «If there is anything wrong with the phone, don’t worry, bring it back and we will take care of it. We also have a 1 year warranty with your phone so don’t worry.» After 3 days of having the phone, the battery on the phone drained a lot faster than anything. I bring it back and tell him, the phone was pretty much fully charged in the morning, all apps were turned off and the phone was just left to sit there. By the time I get back the phone’s battery was fully dead and I had only been gone 9 hours. WTF!!! Then, David, whom I believe his name is, has the nerve to give me BS saying that, that’s just how all the iPhone’s are. FUCKINGBULLSHIT! I have an Iphone, I know people who have Iphones and they do not lose 10% of battery life after 30 minutes of doing nothing with no apps on. I asked to exchange and David gives me attitude and says, there’s no exchange. WTF happened to the I’ll take care of it if there’s anything wrong?! Where is that 1 year warranty crap? Finally I was done taking that crap and decided on getting a refund. Then he tells me that he has to charge a 10% restocking fee, for a malfunctioning phone? This place is full of crap. Everyone, do yourself a favor and don’t buy shit from here. These people are nothing but liars and thieves. Again, I will be filing complaints to make sure this place gets cited for any violations so that they won’t be scamming other people. Save your money and don’t buy from here!!!

Horrible! Don’t ever trust your personal information/hard earned money at this place or with these people! A friend came in to inquire about a phone upgrade to see what promotions he was eligible for and a couple days later he finds out his accounts has been upgraded! He had to go through corporate to have that fraudulent transaction reversed! Don’t trust these hole-in-the-wall businesses– unsafe, sneaky business! Go to a company Tmobile store for the best deals and they will always tell you the truth!
