This Laundry place is clean, cheap, and opens late! Makes it awesome already! The attendant was very courteous and greeted me upon arrival. Will definitely return.

Second time here I wasn’t satisfied with my first visit. I decided to come back to give it another try cause they have wifi. Dryers ate my coins claw machine also ate my coins. The worst part is that I need to use the restroom and it was close. I didn’t come at night I came during the day how is it possible that it close during the day. Also the customer service is terrible it needs to be better. Very rude people that work here

Dryers ate 75 cents, this is the second time this has happen. The first time I got my refund back. The second time I didn’t and the employee basically blew me off. I told her about my situation she just looked at the dyer smiled and walked away without a word. Poor customer service expensive washers and dyers that are always broken. At least put an OUTOFSERVICESIGNFORYOURCUSTOMERS!!!

I came here before the new owners and it was fine but now I think it sucks here. The WiFi doesn’t work for both my phone and computer and I came here cuz my dryer broke at home so they have these huge industrial ones here that are not efficient at all I might as well have done my clothes at home with my broken dryer! I had to use two different dryers and restart it 3 times and still didn’t get my clothes dry on the highest setting! Lame…

Clean! And the customer service is excellent. I did the week’s laundry pretty quick and will use their load and go service next time for our comforters. They even offered free cold water bottles to their customers. Centrally located if you live in San Gabriel. This is our new laundermat for sure.

As a 5 year loyal customer, I’m very disappointed that this place has changed owners n since then there has been non stop changes. It used to be open 24 hrs which was totally awesome, but not anymore. Also they keep raising their basic washer prices, it used to be $ 1.25 a load now it’s $ 1.75. I USEDTOLOVE this place because it was always kept so clean. N now I must find somewhere else to go because it’s too expensive for me n now they expect people to use these huge washers for blankets that are over $ 4 a load. No thanks! I must give my business to someplace else now!

I suppose i should be thankful the machines didn’t eat my quarters and there was staff available to hear my complaint. Clearly the drought has/is taking its toll on(this) laundromat — the water on the 3 load washers here barely fill up to 1 load levels. $ 3/wash for questionable wash/rinse. So, according to staff you shouldn’t put towels or blankets in cuz they soak up all the water. Um, whut? At least the dryers were bit more reliable. And there’s a 7 – 11 next door. Despite those, I won’t be back.

Good place to drop off your clothes, rugs, bedsheets and comforters. I love the fluff and fold service. The owner is always here and very helpful. My washer broke and I’ve been coming to this place for over a month. I love this place

So after a few months under new management, it seems that they have put a lot of effort into this place as far as cleaning up and making sure the machines are fully functional. The floors are immaculate. No more sticky, dusty, black areas/spots on the floor. The sink area is clean unlike before when dirty towels and dried up soap could be seen waiting for someone to clean it up. The machines also look cleaner. Dryers seem functional. I haven’t had a damp load come out after putting $.75 — $ 1 in it. Also, all the vending machines and video games are in their own area so the place doesn’t look cluttered. Signs and postings are also in one area so it’s more noticeable. Nice job to the new management and staff

The washers are very small, and the spin cycle did not get any of the water out of my clothes. I had to spend an extra 2 hours just for the dryer, and they still weren’t dry. Not how I wanted to spend my Friday night. One other thing that was really annoying, the television was very loud and kept cutting out. That is an extremely obnoxious sound! I will not be coming back!

This place is GREAT!!! My 2:00am Visit: Convenient, clean, cost effective. What more do you want? Free wifi?! Well they’ve got that, too! What about snacks? Look to your right. 7 – 11 next door, you say? Heaven, you say? Tons of machines. Plenty of baskets and counter space. No apparent staff at 3:00am, unless he is just being really sneaky. No apparent riffraff. If you need your laundry done at all hours of the night and day in a clean and simple establishment, look no further. My dryer broke on me mid-laundry and this oasis saved me!

The time is 1:16am and there is a good amount of people here right now. Its mostly college age individuals, but there is one shifty looking homeless(?) person walking around grunting. I really like how clean everything is. The Speed Queen washer is at least 75 cents more than I normally pay, but I really dont mind because this place is open 24 hours. The laundrymat is well lit and next to a 7 eleven. It is now 3:10am and the homeless guy started yelling at the tv and ranting about God. He scared away some young ladies who were going to was clothes. …he really hates Steve Harveys talk show.

Free wi fi, open 24 hrs, SUPERCLEAN, .25 cents for 10 min dry. Next to 7 – 11, 2 televisions, change machine, 2 video game machines, about 10 baskets avail for use, 2 benches inside to sit … I have NOT used the washing machines here in a few years but when i did they seemed to clean good. I paid .75 for 30 min of dry time in dryer 21(i think) on high heat n my clothes were STILL damp. Hence the 4 stars.

I came to this laundromat specifically because it advertises free wifi. I wanted to get some work done on my laptop while waiting for my laundry to wash/dry. I can’t find the wifi password anywhere I here :(. The place is pretty clean and wasn’t crowded, prices seem reasonable but I’m disappointed about the wifi.

My first few visits here were all right. Place was clean and the prices seemed fair. However, my last trip to this place was not quite as expected. I was busy moving out of my apartment that day and left my clothes in a dryer for the better part of the afternoon. When I returned I found the machine open, my clothes half dry and somewhat hanging out of the dryer door. I’m not sure if someone had been rummaging through my clothes or simply had a beef with me putting them to dry for 60 minutes. The machines were less than half occupied though so the latter scenario seems less likely. To add to the insult, when I walked in an employee was mopping the dryer aisle. I was in a hurry and didn’t pay much attention to the floor before I stepped on it. Out of the corner of my eye I saw him scowl and muttered something behind my back. This is the first time I’ve gotten attitude like this in ANY store I’ve been in. If you don’t want people walking on your newly cleaned floors maybe put up a sign or two? All in all, this last visit completely altered my opinion of this place. Not advertising or anything but if you live in the area I’d advise you take your laundry down the street to the place on Mission Rd. The machines are just as clean and the people there are 100x nicer.

This is a good place to wash your laundry at if you live around the San Gabriel area. As the washing machine prices vary, the staff are friendly and will even provide you with advice on which washing machine size best fits your load of clothes that you bring in for washing.

San Gabriel Wash & Dry was the only laundromat within 5 miles of our hotel that took quarters(instead of forcing you to buy a card to add money to). It has good hours: 7 days a week, opens at 5 am, and the last wash is at 10 pm. If the machine eats your quarters, they will return your quarters. Sometimes if they are out of quarters, Victor even returns quarters out of his own pocket(that he doesn’t get reimbursed for) out of the kindness of his heart. Victor is friendly and helpful. Definitely ask him which machines to avoid if you’re here for the first time. He is often sweeping the floors. This laundromat is also super-clean and dare I say fun? There are piles of magazines, two TVs to watch, coin-operated prize-vending machines for kids to blow money/have fun with. There are two benches to sit on. There is also free coffee, water, a soft drink vending machine with most items at 75 cents, and a restroom for customers. There are fifteen laundry basket-racks transport laundry with, laundry bags, towels/rags, and a sink for customers. There are also two vending machines selling fabric softener, bleach soil stain remover, and detergent. Such items cost up to $ 1.75 each. There are different types of Speed Queen washers and dryers on site. There are Speed Queen commercial washers that cost $ 1.25, $ 1.50, or $ 2.75 per load depending on which of the eight washing options you select. There are also washers for big things like bedspreads, rugs, etc… The dryers specify up to two washing machine loads can be loaded into a drying session. Drying sessions cost $ 0.25 per ten minutes. If you come only to use the dryers, there is a $ 1 surcharge. There are two bill change machines located in the back. They take $ 1, $ 5, $ 10, and $ 20 bills. The directions and signage inside the laundromat are very clear. There are directions in Vietnamese, English, and Spanish. There are lots of Chinese customers. San Gabriel Wash and Dry is located the the right of a 7-Eleven in a small shopping strip at the corner of S. San Gabriel Blvd and Broadway. It faces Broadway.
