Dr. Huang is the best. My family and I have been going for over 20 years. He really cares about his patients. The staff is really old school so they might not be warm and fuzzy but they do get the job done. It’s best to get an appt but be prepared to wait 15 – 20 minutes and try to remember your file number because that’s how they have their filing system. I would definitely recommend him as a general doctor.

Family has been coming here to Dr. Huang for years. He may be kind of quiet, but he’s always been nice. I can tell you that he cares enough about his patients to make a visit to the hospital after work if it’s an emergency. His staff are nice as well and you can usually get an appointment the same day.

I accompanied my grandma to see Dr. Huang for a routine checkup. I chose him because he spoke Mandarin and was in-network. He and his nurse were very thorough and spent more time than other doctors I’ve seen. They also took extra time to explain everything. The receptionist was polite and I was able to make a next day appointment. They charged her correctly btw($ 30 copay). I did have to wait about 20 minutes after my appointment though. I definitely recommend him if your primary language is Mandarin.

I try to avoid coming to Dr. Huang’s office due to my previous poor experiences here, and only use it as a last resort. After this recent experience, I must remember to avoid it at all costs. They recently charged me their standard $ 60.00 office visit fee, which did not get billed correctly to my insurance. Even though Dr. Huang is an in-network provider for my insurance(Blue Cross /Blue Shield), there are so many shenanigans in their billing practices that the office visit fee would not be recognized by my insurance. It wouldn’t even count toward the deductible. I spent a long time talking to the billing specialist at Dr. Huang’s office. Eventually, it became clear that they were just trying to avoid the contractual pricing which they were obligated to use as an in-network provider. I can stomach the $ 60 office visit fee, but I cannot stand the slyness and dishonesty in this office’s billing practices.

Their English skills are limited. The nurses need to update the knowledge. Dr. Huang is knowledgeable, though. The staff is slightly rude sometimes,
