After years of using a large national supplier (begins with a «U»), our needs as a company have changed. I wish I’d gone to APS sooner, because they are a perfect fit. Since we switched to APS, my office is saving almost 50% on packaging costs. They have shipping supplies completely covered, and offer a surprisng variety of office and lab products. Since they’re local, I’m not paying an arm and a leg for delivery anymore, and could even will-​call in an emergency. The reps and drivers have been professional and punctual. Howard came out personally to see our operations and compile a quote for our commonly used items. For any other item I’m interested in, he gets me the price quickly. APS offers custom-​printed cartons as well, but we haven’t needed those yet. This is still a fairly new vendor relationship, but it’s been so painless that I had to commend their no-​hassle, get-​it-​done service.
