I love this place. Service was great and everything that we dreamed for was done. I recommend this place you need to see and give them the chance to believe. Very satisfied with all there hard work. :)

Honestly I loved this place. DO NOT LISTEN THOSE WHO HAD A COUPLE MISTAKES ! They’re not perfect but they’re pretty good. Everybody was quite nice, and very polite ! They helped me pick the perfect dress ! It was absolutely gorgeous and unique. I very much recommend this place if youre looking for 15 dresses. And they know whay they’re doing so let them help you pick the colors and stuff ! I loved this place tbh

These people have the worst service. I seriously looked at catalogs for 30 minutes and not once was I asked if I needed help.
They NEED more staff to run this place.

This is the worst place to purchase anything from… The day of my daughter’s Quince… We had a hair and makeup appointment… They were late to do their hair and makeup… Which ended making us late to have the girls get dressed and to the Church Beware using them., you wi be sorry… Also I ordered a dress for myself, they kept my deposit the dress was too small… Then when I called for my dress deposit back, they were rude and said if I was so unhappy with them don’t shop their more…
Very unprofessional, no customer service at all!!! I give them a big 0

If I could give this place a zero star, I would but seriously Save yourself the ripoff and scam and don’t come here.
I came here to buy a crown for one of my friends for her sweet 16 event and requested for the numbers 16 on the crown, since typically everyone has then 15 engraved on crowns. So I specifically told the lady (she’s the owner) I wanted a sweet 16 crown NOT A 15. She said they don’t carry it but they are allowed to order it and it would be able to arrive on time, two weeks after I ordered it to be exact. I said perfect, considering I went to many places and no one carried it. So I placed my order and left a deposit and I would pay the rest closer to the date. This was about 1 month before the event.
I returned two weeks later and one of her workers informed that the crown had not yet arrived, didn’t think much since I know how delivers sometimes delay, he said come back in 2 or 3 days. I returned 1 week later only to find out that my crown hasn’t arrived. At this point I was conserved because the guy said I’m sorry but the crown is going to arrive on the exact date of he event. I was already upset I had to be driving back and forth to this place that had no parking, the placed smelled, everytime I walked in I was never greeted and to top it off they were very demanding about my money but yet they could provide me my order.
I came back on the day of the sweet 16 to pick up the crown and I could not believe my eyes! When the guy gave me the crown, I looked at it and was relieved then I take a good look at the number and guess what they turned the 5 into a 6! Not custom made or even nice! I was extremely upset and told the guy what was in my hand and he had the nerve to tell me that they don’t carry the 6 and that they had to break the 5 in order the form a 6. I was already late, the crown was needed at the church and I had no option but to take this crown and leave.
I didn’t bother making a scene because it was not worth it. But I will share my experience and warn others of this scam.
