Went in there to pay my bill in cash and to go over and review my bill with someone. The guy helping me review my wireless and U-verse internet bill was nice but he had no clue how much I was paying even after logging into my account from his tablet. He was just doing estimates. His app didn’t reflect the correct amount that I owed for U-verse. I asked if there were ways to save on my internet as my bill has just recently raised. I felt like he was trying to up sell me TV and home phone. He kept saying what you just steam to watch tv??? If you really want to lower and review your bill just call or do it online via support chat as they have more insight and will more likely help you rather than to try and up sell you to «bundle» and save while getting a good deal of stuff you don’t need. Like I said the guy was nice but wasn’t much of actual usefulness.

Just to be clear, this is a review of the AT&T Store, not necessarily AT&T Wireless as a whole. They don’t have any say over reception or tower locations, etc… Now that that’s out of the way. I have a found this store to be pretty nice and well run. The layout is pretty decent and the employees are pretty helpful, although they can be a bit slow at times. That said, foot traffic can be a bit high at this location and I haven’t even been here for Apple iphone launches the anything like that. 3.25−3.5−5

worst of the services yet. I’ve had AT&T for over 12 years and I paid $ 200 mobil phone bill 3 days ago and in my surprize the company went ahead and took $ 75 from my account today without my authorization. I was stunned and I called 611 and couldn’t get anywhere because the person I talked to in Texas told me that I had authorized them via phone today to charge my account for additional $ 75 after my phone was shut down and I told him I did not authorize AT&T to take any money from my account today and finally the AT&T sales rep told me to call back tomorrow. I am so stunned by this action of AT&T and don’t trust them anymore and I will disconnect my service with them. This is fraud.

I had to come in this store twice this week, once to pick up the new 3g micro cell and once to fix my phone. Both times I had wonderful customer service. During my first visit, I walked in the store to see a customer service rep sitting between this old couple and walking them through step by step on how to use their phone. How sweet is that! He was super patient and thorough. The gentleman who helped me was really nice too. I hope to never have problem with my phone again, but I won’t mind coming back to this location :)

This is a review for AT&T DSL service, not their mobile phones. I think that AT&T DSL is really slow and is constantly losing connection. I am constantly calling to have one of their technicians come out to fix a problem that was supposed to be fixed last time they were out. Not only does their service’s bite, their customer service is horrible. You are talking to one customer service rep and then they put you on hold and someone new picks up and you are starting from square one again. I had no choice but to use AT&T for my business. If it were up to me I would have Comcast.
