I came in today because a local usps location wanted to charge me for a piece of tape so I could send back my old phone. Did an upgrade with another associate didn’t remember his name. But today I met Tina. The queen of customer service. She taped up my return box and even found out that since I’m a veteran I should have been receiving a larger discount on my bill. She took great care of me. I’m only coming to this Verizon store from now on. Go see Tina! She even has great food recommendations.

RUN do not walk away from this store! Salesmen are conmen, they lied to me, the managers lied, even pretty Shantel lied, to make Christmas bonus sales! Promised I’d be on a «payment plan» as they loaded me up with craptastic plastic accessories that cost ¼ the price on Amazon. Unfortunately, the billing department doesn’t acknowledge any «payment plans» and now they’re harassing me. The store refuses to acknowledge they lied. As far as Asim, I’ve been waiting for 3 hours for him to call me «right back» after telling me to «Just pay $ 95 now…» in the most condescending manner I’ve ever heard. Now I know why so many people are switching to T-​Mobile.

Big shout to this Verizon Store location there is a Awesome Friendly Caring & Most Customer Service Manager Asim he always has his group of Personnel Male & Female Workers with Smiles & Greeting the Customer As Soon As They Enter The Verizon Store that what customer service is about I first meet Asim At The Blossom Hill Store As He Was The Manager At That location he Change Store.
I seen a big difference in customer service skills when he left The Blossom Hill Location. Now that he at the Saratoga Store his skills follow him I want to thank him for his help and his gratitude and his personnel

Don’t typically write negative reviews but the blatant prejudice of the female manager is beyond infuriating.
Gentleman driving Massaratti and his buddy get the attention of manager and asks her to help his buddy.
With disregard for the other 20 customers, she waits on him.

We just left this store and had the worst sales rep there. She had no knowledge of the phones, plans, had a terrible attitude and to be honest, we are now officially leaving Verizon because of her.

The words «slimy used car salesman» come to mind due to a rep. there doing three borderline criminal things that could have cost me an extra $ 1,008/year if I hadn’t caught them. He lied to me. Now a phone customer service representative is working hard to clean up the mess. It’s so bad that she said it’ll take her 24 hours to contact the store and fix things fully.
The Verizon male ordered me a mobile protection plan I didn’t want. ($ 14/​month) Second he did not cancel a $ 50/​month CDMA card account as promised. ($ 50/​month) Third he told me that my new data plan would not exceed $ 100 a month. The new phone bill is actually $ 120 month. So that comes out to be an extra $ 240 a year.
Now let’s do the slimy-​used car-​salesman-​borderline-​criminal math. $ 14/​month x 12 months = $ 168/​year. $ 50/​month x 12 months = $ 600/​year. $ 20/​month x 12 months = $ 240/​year. As far as I’m concerned, he attempted to rip me off. That’s an extra ****$ 1,008/year.****
So yes, that’s right ladies and gentleman. He thought he was smart. «Wow, I really showed her.» But luckily I read my bills carefully. By the way, that mobile protection plan I said «No» to was hidden on the bill. Buried.
Today I spent 50 minutes on the phone with customer service. The rep. claimed to have canceled the protection plan I never ordered and the CDMA card account that the slimy guy should have canceled a long time ago. I will believe it when I see it. At least she had a good attitude.
To add insult to injury, Verizon decide to tag on an extra 15 days to my monthly bill just in case «I might cancel the account.» So the bill was really high. What the heck is that supposed to mean? «In case I cancel?» They should bill me for 30 days at a time and that’s it. Maybe they billed me 1.5 months to cover up the fact that they added on a mobile protection plan I didn’t want and lied to me about it really being $ 120 and not $ 100 a month. They want you so confused that you can’t figure out what’s what. And Verizon social media folks, do not answer this note saying, «It was $ 100 before taxes and fees.» I asked about the TOTAL bill, not the bill before taxes and fees and the answer was $ 100 not $ 120. For shame. For shame.
I do not need a lesson in, «That’s before taxes and fees.»
So everyone, please read your Verizon bill very carefully and always insist on getting the data plan for your phone itemized to get an exact estimate of every charge. To tell someone it is $ 100 when the real charge is $ 120 is the same as reaching into a purse and stealing a $ 20 bill.

This place is terrible. They quoted me 30 minutes, and I waited over an hour. They also were not clear about what I need to upgrade my phone at my check in time. They made me wait for an hour to let me know they could not help me. Every costumer in the store looked miserable. They really need to step up being efficient and proactive.

I was going to buy a new phone however…6:40pm and they’re closed? Thought they closed at 8pm. Anyhow I’m sure they would tell me the same thing as last time, that I should spend $ 800 on Amazon for new iPhone instead of buying with them. I’m just trying to upgrade my 4s! Why is it so hard?

Came by the other morning to get a nano-​SIM for my new-​to-​me Nexus 6 as the Cupertino store was having issues connecting to the Verizon network and couldn’t access any accounts?!?
The greeter checked me in upon arrival and informed me that there were a couple folks in front of me.
After 5 – 10 minutes, Roben came up to me with his gray sweater (V logo on his left sleeve) and Verizon name tag to help me out. He managed to get my new SIM card and my phone was all set in ~5 minutes! :)

Very helpful and patient to get you the right phone and plan. Even a few days later when I had problems with my case they helped me replace it with one that was a better fit for me.

If I could award zero stars would do so. Second time in store to check on an upgrade, was informed me that sales staff would be with me in 20 minutes. 60 minutes later asked to see the manager (Christian Ramirez) to check when I would be seeing a sales rep.
1) First response — you are not on our waiting list
2) Second response — after reviewing our «system» Christian determined I had been waiting only 20 minutes
3) After some heated discussion received an apology that I had been removed from the wait list and re-​entered as one of the employees had decided to assist some friends from school before providing assistance to a customer who has been under contract for 6+ years.
This store is not managed well, has no regard for customer service, I plan to take my business elsewhere. This is the second time I was forced to wait almost 60 minutes to receive sales assistance.

I worked with Eric, who spent about an hour with me showing me how he would reduce my bill. This month the bill comes in $ 60 higher instead of $ 10 lower like I was ensured it would be. I am one more lie away from switching carriers.

Had a great experience and was even given 2 free gifts of $ 200 value WOW! thank you. Only problem is that I wasn’t given a receipt and when I looked at my bill on line I realized I was charged for my 2 free gifts… Still working on that issue.

Waited 20 minutes for an appointment just to tell me that I could not upgrade my phone Even tho I have an upgrade available.
Waiting 20 minutes in an empty store didn’t start off my visit in a good light. Especially when all the workers are standing around talking to each other. Then I was told I couldn’t upgrade my phone at the time, even tho I have a 2 year contract that is up.
This experience really makes me question why I use Verizon!

The Verizon store is not honest. My daughter is 19 years old， she went to thé store bu herself, and the sales person made her buy a home phone and set high level monthly plan. We paid 260 – 290 one month for a college student monthly mobile fee and a home phone. We own the Mobil phone by ourself. The home phone was promoted to a young girl with skills, if we want to cancel the home phone, we need to pay high penalty.
This Verizon store do business without responsibility and business moral, keep away from them.
How could a young girl pay 260 dollars for her Mobil service?

Terrible experience at this store! If you set anything up here, make sure you get it documented in writing.
I brought my mom in for a new phone, and just feel swindled. The sales guy sold us on an edge plan, which would give her the same amount of data she’d had before, but just shared between her 2 devices. With the cost of the new phone, it would be $ 85 a month.
When she got her 1^st bill it was $ 117. The guy hadn’t changed her to the new plan. And, when she called about it, Verizon did nothing to remedy that high bill. Also– the plan he was selling her would actually cost $ 95/​month with half the data she previously had.
Also, the experience was just frustrating. During our long wait, we looked at the phones, and decided on one of the two «free» phones. When we finally got a sales guy, we had another long wait while he searched for free phone #1. Not in stock. Then another long wait while he searched for free phone #2. Also not in stock. Bait and switch?
This is a terrible place to come if you need a phone. Everything about our experience was just wrong.

Recently went to this Verizon to set up a family plan and Jerrell helped us out! He’s extremely knowledgable, helpful and makes the process easy!
My sister had been with Sprint (awful) and they were no help when her phone got stolen so we decided to get on a family plan together with my fiancé. Jerrell made the process extremely easy! We were able to transfer her number, close her Sprint account (woohooo!), and get us on all on an affordable plan together in less than an hour.
Cell phone stores and plans can usually be a little confusing and chaotic but not here. I grabbed a bunch of Jerrell’s business cards to hand out to my friends, family and colleagues for all their cell phone needs! We will always work with Jerrell in the future for ALL our Verizon needs. He is AWESOME!

Best experience yet… excellent customer service from Vince. he was friendly, helpful & accommodating. I was there 2 ½hours and he helped me from beginning to end. He gladly AND with a smile stayed after the store closed to complete my requests.
I was frustrated with verizon at first but Kam made it better, I got some free tablets outta the deal. This stores customer service has definitely improved! yay me! yay them!

I went here because my home base Internet not working good. I wait like 40 min to get help. They are very slow.

I came in on Sunday wanting to update some information on my account and to see if they had an iphone 6 available. First off. They had me wait 20 minutes after I checked in with the woman in the front. Okay fine. It was pretty busy.
Finally someone came up to me in a Ray Lewis jersey. Cam. His appearance did not look professional whatsoever! Since when was it okay to work at Verizon with baggy jeans?! But my review is not on his disgusting appearance, it’s on his customer service. So moving on!
He approaches me and says «I’ll take you over here» and walks two steps away from the seat I was in and just looks at me. Really bro? Can’t even ask «what can I help you with today?» So I tell him I wanted to update something on my account and he looks at me dumbfounded. So I ask «is that okay?» Then he finally responds and says okay. And walks to the back for a minute and comes back and says I’m good. Okay so thank god I’m done with that.
Second question…
I was just curious if they had the iphone 6 at this location and he sarcastically says «we have an iphone 7 if you want it?» Are you fuckin serious? Cam was rude and extremely unprofessional! I asked a simple question and wanted a simple answer. I honestly couldn’t believe it. He was being sarcastic in every answer and it pissed me off more than ever. I didn’t even end the conversation I just walked out of the store.
I can’t believe they hired this scum. Verizon, please get your employees in check or expect more bad reviews on stupid workers like Cam. Thanks
