This place is the worst I have ever been! The employees always have attitude and yell to customers. Its 10:15 am and the doors are locked! With no food even made. sign says they open at 10 am. Change the sign if your not going to open at 10am! I came here for lunch but wasted my lunch time waiting for you to open! Im always trying to give you another chance but enough is enough! Change your team change the manager! Focus on your customers!

I’ve been to this panda multiple times and there have been a few times where the staff was incredibly rude. I decided not to write a review about that. but then this happened. A bug in my chow mein. Its not even a tiny fruit fly or something, its a black shelled bug in my chow mein. I know for a fact that this bug was in the chow mein when I bought it because it is dead and cooked. SOGROSS!!! The staff… definitely needs work on manners. Asian lady yelled at me once for asking a simple question about an entrée. They dont properly greet you. Even when they do, they recite the same greeting like a robot and literally look away. they look very uninterested and agitated all the time… Panda’s always a go-to for me… but i dont think I want to come back to this panda in the future.

I ordered a bowl with rice and teriyaki chicken if i could even call it that, the chicken was so burned it looked like charcoal. I asked if i could get chicken thats not burnt and says no we are not gonna make new chichen for you! I asked well can i get noodles instead since u cant do that for me and says THATSGONNABEEXTRACHARGE! WTF! I had to walk away! THISSTAFFNEEDSTOGETFIRED, WHYWOULD U SERVECHARCOALTOCUSTOMERSIDIOTS!

Honestly, I like fake Chinese food. Panda Express is consistent and makes the best fake Chinese food around. I know that if I walk in on a Tuesday afternoon and order the eggplant tofu and Beijing beef with half and half(half rice & half noodles), I’ll get the same consistent meal Friday night. It wouldn’t matter if it was two different locations, the food will still be the same. Now saying this, people can’t complain about how it tastes. It’s not real Chinese food. It’s like going to taco bell and expecting a real taco. Panda Express is popular and serves a purpose in the world of fast food restaurants. The part that bothers me the most is that they are always busy. The lines are always long and it takes awhile to get through the lines. If they know they will be busy, they need to have more employees or find a way to cut down on the time you have to wait for your food. But I will still come here and enjoy my food, even though I know it will take 15 min. from beginning to end to get my meal. The employees at this location are generally nice and always offer a sample. I always notice employees busily cleaning the tables and emptying the trash. If I can divide up my reviews and stars, I would give more stars to the employees and less stars for the long lines.

Horrible customer service! Wish I could give you ZERO stars. I’ve typically ordered for pick up and always make an effort to be there at the assigned pick up time. This time, not only was the food not ready, no one made an effort to find the order and when they did find it 8 minutes later, no effort was made to expedite it even though I had shown them my receipt with pick up time. If I eat at a Chinese restaurant, I go in with low customer service expectations, but this is a crappy chain«Chinese» restaurant that only has delivery speed and customer service going for it. The lady at the register(Ling) and the manager(Khahn?) did nothing to fix the situation and offered no apology. Congratulations Panda Express! You’ve lost all future revenue from a growing family that ate there way to often.

One start for food. When I ate outside, a work was clearing the window NEXT to me! More than 3 time On the last 7days WTF. Today, I was very upset, because I saw a guy’s order is DOUBLE than me. We ordered the same things.

I like the orange chicken and chow mein combo too much to give Panda anything below four stars. You can get one entrée and two sides for around $ 8.00 which is usually what I go for. I see a lot of people are complaining about portion size, but from my experience I’ve been given more than enough food to the point where I usually don’t finish it. I’ve heard from multiple people that they give you more food if you order it to go(which I always do), so maybe that’s why. Unfortunately for you healthy eaters, there aren’t many choices at Panda. Some of the soups and foods like spring rolls and steamed veggies are fine, but a LOT of menu choices are loaded with grease and sodium. I don’t mind it so much since I only eat Panda every once in a while, but I’m sure some might be turned away by this.

Panda Express, EVERYLOCATION, just lost my business and I’ll tell you why… these jokers absolutely SKIMPONTHEPORTIONSIZE!!! I MEAN, THEYLITERALLYGIVEYOUONLY7PIECESOFORANGECHICKENWHENYOUORDER A PANDABOWL!!! THEYGIVEYOU A TONOFRICEANDALMOSTNOCHICKEN! I mean, to maximize profits they must skimp on the protein sources or something cos their chicken to rice ratio is just pathetic! When I asked what was going on and asked for more Orange Chicken the manager told me he would charge me a dollar extra for more Orange Chicken and thinking I would get a lot more I said yes, but he literally added 6 more pieces and when I said«please add more«he said«that is the portion size«…ASIF!!! HELLNO!!! If you’re going to have a business you should try at least to be honest and make the customer happy but these guys are crooks who just want your money!!! BTW the manager was Asian himself and in no way, shape or form am I a racist(may be a bigot but I am not a racist, at least I’m honest ;) but he gives Asian managers and these kinds of establishments a bad name by perpetuating stereotypes about Asians being greedy moneygrubbers who don’t care about the products they produce! I AMNEVERGOINGTOANOTHERPANDAEXPRESSAGAIN. I can cook better«American«Chinese food at home!!! Your pandas can stay in the zoo, friend! Whoever eats here is a fool who just wants to throw their money away!

This review is not meant to review the quality of the food of Panda. Every Panda is nothing more than fast food. I would actually say that it tasted worse, but I think I’m just a bit salty. I knew what I was getting myself into the moment I walked in. But I was done soooo dirty and there is no sweeter vengeance than complaining about the place online lmao. So here we go. I went here around 7 during the opening night of Deadpool(amazing movie) with my brother and cousin. These guys were just hungry and I was not really feeling it but f it. So I’m used to going to places where the older Asian people are stern and never hook it up cuz they thinking bout that opportunity cost and the kids dgaf, just tryna be homies, ya know. I thought it was a blessing when I saw a whole row of young faces and the Asian lady at the register. Be like aww yisss bouta get PLUGGED! So now is where I’d ask you to take a look at the picture. Nothing. Was. Plugged. Bare minimum. The broccoli and beef was literally just broccoli. I picked around and didn’t find a single full piece of beef. Out of a FRESH batch. I personally don’t like to stare at the food when the workers are putting in because I’d be pretty uncomfortable if someone did that to me so I just talked to my fam and didn’t notice it until after I walked back to the theaters and opened it. Was pretty pissed but wasn’t about to walk back in there. But bruh. I was pretty sure that I was polite to all the workers and they pull this shit on me? Like I had mad jokes, tried make the workers laugh and all– keyword TRIED– not even a smile cracked their lips. Hearts of black ice. No wonder white people love Chipotle, they got this to compare it to lmao. «Yada yada fast food What do you expect?» I didn’t expect much because it was Panda and it was super busy when I came(huuuuuge dinner rush) but I’d at least expect a single piece of beef. I honestly hardly ever eat this stuff since I can just go home and have it 10x better(quick s/o to my momma cooking hehe!) but this was way below my already low expectations. I am honestly impressed with how cheap they can be. Not even the rundown Chinese places will do sketch Mexicans this dirty. The ironic part about this was that it wasn’t even middle aged stern Asian or Mexican lady. Was the white kids that gipped me looool. Screw you dude. Hope you’ve been messing up lately and your manager knows it’s you. Go work at the AMC if you wanna just chill lmao. Working in the food industry ain’t for the weak. The Asian lady was actually sending the best vibes, so s/o to her, she a real one. And for anyone doubting this story, I got eyewitnesses that friggin LAUGHEDATME. Made a good story at least so 2 stars lmao. Quick edit: so my bro and cousin actually were still hungry after finishing their plates(we got 3… NOTWORTH). I kind of figured out this place’s niche. Pretty much come here when you’re in the area, drunk and craving. Or you just dgaf cuz mommy pays for your food.

If I am paying full price for your plates, I expect the plate to be full as well. The server in the afternoon was serving food like a miser. Not the same if you go in the evening. Thumbs down!

I’ve always had the best customer service experience here. I can’t complain, until today. Today’s experience was unbelievable, I’m waiting patiently at the cash register because I forgot to purchase a fountain drink. The cashier is assisting someone else and she asks me «how can I help you?» I responded politely and said«I just want to get a drink. But I don’t want you to rush» because I knew she was helping someone else already. I did not mind waiting my turn. She went off and told me I had to wait(stating the obvious) that I had a bad attitude and I was rushing her. Which I was not. And I still maintained my composure, I didn’t yell back or react aggressively. My point is she had no right to make me feel un welcome or over react, according to her because«I had a bad attitude» I’ve got pretty thick skin, I’m not sensitive I just want to let her know, Tina I respect you and I hope you learn to communicate better with future customers. Thank you

Typical Panda Express. I didn’t have the experience that other reviewers had, but we came on a weekday This shopping center is notoriously busy and very messy with parking and poor drivers, so I can see how this little place could be overwhelmed when it’s busy.

I normally don’t write reviews on fast food places but holy cow the service here is absolutely garbage. There is a long line of people and there’s at least 6 people behind the counters and not one person would help the person after. They would just sit and watch. Not to mention they are just plain rude here, one lady literally snatched the card out of my hand and when I asked a question she yelled the answer to me. I wish there was a panda closer to me.

So this Panda Express reminds me of the time when famine hits third world countries & the Red Cross goes in to donate food. There, peasants wait in line to receive their daily portions, which is not enough but better than starving. Moral of the story, DONOT come in here if your status of hunger is like an African kid on a 1−800-Donate commercial tv ads. The food is like any other Panda but unlike other Panda Expresses, there is no hot and sour soup. The business of this place makes the food run out way too fast & you must wait for 5 minutes; ultimately making the ¾ of your other meal colder. Parking is tough especially when all the spots are compact & a soccer mom with her green van decides to park like a Jersey shore douchebag and bring the whole team in. No!

Out of all of the Panda Express I have been, this one is probably one of the lower ranked ones. Panda Express food is already fairly greasy, but this one makes it even greasier. However, most dishes do pass the taste test and still taste about the same where you would get at other Panda. I still like the cashew shrimp, orange chicken, and the vegetable spring rolls. Lines here can get fairly long. I have only been here twice but have been waiting in line for about 15 – 20 minutes both times. For a quick express meal, this place would do.

After calling multiple times, someone finally picked up. I asked to place a to go order, they hung up on me. Terrible service and apparently answering their phone is not a priority. If I could give no stars I would.

3.5 stars. I am a sucker for pandas. They are just so cute. Smart marketing move Panda Express, using the cutest bear ever and the national animal of China as your business mascot. I don’t eat from Panda too often, but this is where I go when I’m in the mood for quick Americanized Chinese food. I pretty much order the same thing every time: the two item combo of with the eggplant tofu(pretty much their only vegetarian entrée option) and the orange chicken, with steamed rice. If I’m really hungry, I might get the three item combo with the same as above but with the beef & broccoli. I really like the eggplant tofu. The tofu is just the right amount for firmness and the eggplant tastes good too. They also offer kung pao chicken, black pepper chicken, string bean chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and others, as entrees. But I think these are all just okay. Which is probably why I always just get the eggplant tofu and the orange chicken. Instead of steamed rice, you can get opt to get fried rice or chow mein instead. The place is usually kept pretty clean. Behind the counter you can see the employees cooking in the kitchen, making more of the food in woks.
