This dynamic duo did a tremendous job for us first selling our townhouse and getting the highest price ever recorded in our complex then helping us buy our dream house. They dealt with so many difficult issues in getting us our dream house I could write for days. We always looked forward to seeing them and worked great as a team. They seem to be always working as well. John was texting me day and night keeping me updated with our contracts. If one wasn’t available to show a property the other was.
I can’t imagine working with anyone else now. Even though we are in our dream home, I would not mind doing it all again just to spend time with the two of them.

I recently hired John and Audrey to sell my townhouse in Santa Clara. Exchanging real estate can be a stressful experience and there was some deferred maintenance that had to be performed to get ready to list. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I didn’t have to lift a finger. John and Audrey knew the contractors, scheduled the work, met with them, beautified the landscape, changed light bulbs, etc. If it needed to be done, they just get in and do it. Everything happened fast and it was painless for me. We received multiple offers days after listing and it sold for over asking. Fast, responsive, experienced.

My husband and I are first-​time home buyers. Audrey went to great lengths to get things moving from everyone involved and even though she was busy with other clients, she always had time for us. From a personal perspective, you would want Audrey to be in your team. She is a good friend to have in or out of real estate. Buying our first home was emotionally draining, but Audrey was there to keep our spirits up when things were looking down. She never gave up on us and our hopes of owning our first home.
