DONOTCOMEHERE. THISPLACEISSTRAIGHTUPFRAUD. Came into the store to port a number over from Metro. Everything went well esp since Christine Vo set me up with a free iPhone 5s. Although the phone was beat up and scratched I figure a free phone was better then paying out of pocket. Soon I received text messages on my phone saying I had to pay 119. I was quoted $ 45 a month and I was told I was not on a contract. I decided to go to an AT&T location.(Also mind you this is a t mobile authorized dealer, I don’t know how they have access to AT&T) After having my account reviewed a rep from a corporate store realized that I was put on a 2 year contract with an iPhone 6; that I did not have. Also Christine Vo manage to add herself as an authorized user on my account also put a passcode on my account? I don’t think at any point should a Rep add themselves to customers phone account. When I did confront them about it they gave my some bs excuse saying that they added themselves to my account so I can get a discount. Do you think I’m stupid? Point to it all is this store is full of fraud activities. I’m just fortunate they didn’t take my Ssn and activated other lines. Eventually I canceled the line they activated for me and got a new number with the corporate store. Note to Christine Vo, you’re a very bad and dishonest person. You fooled me by making me think that you were helping me out but really you used me.

I came over to get a new phone plan a couple years ago after eating some bun bo hue a few doors down. Chi Nguyet and the other person(I forget her name) who helped me were both very nice and knowledgeable in helping me figure out which plan was right for me. They also helped me get a new phone and accessories, and we were out the door in about an hour(mostly because I read every word of every contract I sign) with a great new plan. It was a T-mobile plan, and I have great coverage and a good phone. A few months ago, when my plan ran out, I updated and upgraded to a different family plan to include my in-laws, and that also worked out really well. Chi Nguyet helped my father-in-law figure out his new phone, was really patient with us, and provided really good customer care — a rarity nowadays with cell phone companies/mobile service providers. The storefront has recently been upgraded, and I believe they have a new name now, but it’s the same great customer service and products on the inside. Thank you, and we’ll be back.
