They advertise cakes for $ 12.99. The cake is marked $ 12.99 and yet they tell me at the counter that their prices have changed and charge me $ 14.99 without even apologizing for their mistake. Rude and incompetent staff. Will never go back here again.

this Baskin Robbins is just like any other Baskin Robbins. I have no idea y there’s 3 dollar signs for their Unilocal page?(pretty sure ice cream here doesn’t cost that much.) I was only here cuz I was in the area for dinner n it was the closest ice cream shop around. was in the mood for some soft-serve so I ordered a small sized vanilla with Heath bar.(only have vanilla flavor.) Heath bars r soooo underrated.(toffee n chocolate… what’s not to like?) it’s a bit like the McFlurrys at McDonald’s, but better quality.

I was in this Baskin Robbins this week. I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. They were so nice to us. Very patient and friendly. I picked up an ice cream cake. What fun we had.

I am a HUGE fan of Baskin Robbins! I am literally fueled by their rocky road, mint chip and of course the Jamocha almond fudge! Not to mention the delicious ice cream cakes I have received every year for my birthday since I was 7. They are incredible!!! I am giving two stars only because I love their ice cream/cakes so much but I am sad to say I received my cake yesterday from my wife and my name was spelt wrong?! Now you wouldn’t think it was that big of a deal but when I look at the name my wife wrote down it says«Garrett» but the cake I received only had one«t». Your birthday is only once a year, the least they can do is spell your name right! Especially with the amount of money I’ve put into this place! I do want to add a section on the ice cream, because I see some reviews about the quality of ice cream and how there is nothing special about it. Well your all wrong. You clearly do not appreciate ice cream if your writing that review!!! Please find me another chocolate chip or mint chocolate chip ice cream that has more little chips in their ice cream? The reason I go back to baskin Robbins is because no other ice cream had enough chocolate chips. Not to mention the flavor of rocky road and the Jamocha almond fudge is amazing. There is only a few different brands I would say are as good or close. I would love to hear what their favorite ice cream is… Most likely the people writing these reviews are a big fan of Haagen Dazs or Ben and Jerrys! Seriously, go home. No one wants to hear about your comparison to Froyo either

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream and getting a cake is a must for birthdays in my family. I had been going here for years but in recent years switched to another location. Multiple times I would order a cake here and the price was set like similar cakes in the display case. But when I presented the BR birthday club«coupon» for $ 3 off, the owner or his wife would add on a «custom decorating» fee for $ 3.00. The first time I didn’t catch it until after I got home, the second time I questioned it and got a mumbo-jumbo answer from the teenager working. The third time it happened again it was the owner/his wife that did it. When I questioned it she reluctantly took the $ 3 add on fee off but it was an uncomfortable exchange and she acted like she was doing me a great favor instead of honoring the coupon. The owner of this BR also owns the Togos and the beauty supply store in the same shopping center so I don’t think they are hurting for cash and have to do a bait and switch type charade with the coupon.(cake is $ 27.00, minus your $ 3 coupon, plus $ 3 «special fee = $ 27.00) I have since been going to the BR on Blossom Hill and Almaden Expressway(by Costco). It is family run and the owner is often there… nice, polite and happy to honor the BR birthday club coupon.

I’d give this place 1 star but I do love the Baskin Robbins brand of ice cream. The service here is awful. The staff is unfriendly. I live very close to this location and every single time for the last few years the service has been awful. I even remember walking out last time I tried to get my ice cream fix because I was clearly overlooked next in line and didn’t want to wait even longer for my ice cream. The only good thing is the ice cream and I love their mocha blasts as well. It’s over priced but growing up with Baskin Robbins I will always have a preference in the brand which brought me great memories as a kid. Please who ever the manager is, retrain every single employee. Getting ice cream is a treat for customers and we would appreciate friendly service and people who want to help us.

Parking is always easy when I come here and it can either be clean or dirty which sucks. I am always greeted and helped immediately. Customer service is ok but this is not my main one to really know them.

The review is only about the store — we all know we get pretty standard ice cream here. Was there tonight to buy a few quarts. I found out that they had over charged me for the ice cream — instead of $ 12 for 3, the computer here is programmed to charge $ 15 for 3. I discovered the error after paying and asked that it be rectified. The kids there apologized and informed me that the owner doesn’t allow them to fix these mistakes in her absence. They call the owner and she asks me to wait for 20+ minutes for her to come by. Are you serious. First you deliberately screw up(its programmed to over charge) and then want the customer to wait instead of apologizing. The kids at the counter were sorry but couldn’t do anything. Be careful — check the receipt. I usually don’t… Anyway — didn’t get my money back — will have to visit them again.

The ice cream isn’t nearly as good as some you can get in the supermarket for half the price. The staff is helpful enough, but it doesn’t make up for the ridiculous prices. I got a kids scoop for two bucks and it was basically a spoonful. Are they serious? One spoonful, sadly I am not exaggerating, though I wish I were.

I can’t believe I am writing only the 5th review for this place. The ice cream in this shop to me is pretty standard, nothing special like some of the other Ice Cream brands. I have had smoothies here, don’t order them if you want a bad drink. It’s more like something that you can buy at Costco food court for half the price. The ice cream is not the best I have ever had, just ok. Could probably buy similar stuff inside the grocery store. They always have young high school kids working here, so the customer service can vary. This is the nearest Baskin Robbins location to my home, and I rarely ever go here.

The owner of this Baskin Robbins needs some customer service training. The young staff are extremely helpful but the owner is so anal and unhelpful. I used to buy cakes here all the time because it’s near my home but I refuse to go here again. I’ll frequent another Baskin Robbins.

Greatest ice cream in the world. I loved it when I was a kid and love it now. The cones, the cakes, the scoops, the smell. It is all like WIlly Wonka come to life and the employees are always nice to me whenever I go there. However, since I am careful about my weight, I don’t go as often as I like. Too bad. But since the prices are going up perhaps that is also a good thing.

Rather than spending loads of money on a new logo — I wish BR had instead used the money on training their stores in the concept of «having all the flavours available all time.» It’s amazing how often, when we go to this particular BR, that they’re out of my favourite(Wild ‘n’ Reckless). I mean, if it’s that popular, then why aren’t you ordering more so you always have another tub ready to open? Sheesh people. Sadly, with the cost of dairy products skyrocketing, I’m sure that soon the cost of an ice-cream cone will exceed what I consider reasonable, and I’ll have to settle for ice cream bought at Safeway even though they don’t have anything even closely resembling Wild ‘n’ Reckless. That said, this store is clean, the staff are reasonably polite and competent, and they do take credit cards.

I come here once every 3 or 4 years or so. I’ve been on a milkshake quest this year so I stopped in here to try one of their offerings. I was going to get regular chocolate but then I noticed they had«holiday» specials so I decided to try one of those. I got a small peppermint chip shake that had fudge and whipped cream with it. It was $ 5.00 and some change. The ice cream was certainly rich enough and I couldn’t finish this, but $ 5 for a shake? The large size was $ 7.99 and that seems way too pricey for a milkshake to me. I would never get that size, but someone would. The place is clean and all of that. Lots of kids usually hang here. This was good enough to last me for another 3 – 4 years I think. Unless I decide to join the birthday club and then I could come back for a free cone in my birthday month. Hmmmm, might do that. You know how I am about the freebies.
