HORRIBLE! Do not use them for a home purchase. Their report was so poor that the second consultant I hired was in unbelief that the report did not state that the whole attic was contaminated w/​asbestos. They did not even think a procedure 5 was required to remove the asbestos. Total waste of money and time! They even offered sample reports w/​in 24 hours for an additional $ 20/​sample. But guess what, they gave me a verbal report instead of a written report, which was absolutely useless during my escrow. The written report came out 48 hours later, which i would have gotten w/​out having to pay extra. I don’t understand how their inspector could have missed all the asbestos laying around the whole attic! Please consider another asbestos consultant.
