Scam organization– came out and said they fixed the non cooling issue. Billed me for $ 301.63. Next day, not cooling. They came out and said that it would take $ 1400 to repair the unit that they claimed they had fixed. I called Hussey Bros. They came out– repaired the botched job that Metro did not do and only charged $ 239.48.
I told them since they had not fixed the unit and came up with a bogus repair cost that I would not pay. They then without my knowledge put a mechanics lien on my property stating they had repaired my A/​C unit.
I sent them many requests to cancel this and the owner John Andersen refused.
I see that they have one stars. Obviously I could not give them less since Unilocal minimum is one star.
John Andersen will see me in court.

Metro was recommended by a well Unilocal reviewed company that does good work for residential, but not commercial work. Big mistake, I called for someone to look over and fix my AC that was not getting cool. The Metro worker looked over the unit for 15 minutes, then left saying he would be right back. He came back over an hour later (on the clock the whole time!!) saying he had to go buy a filter. He put the filter in and the unit still did not work. He then said the coils were dirty, OK… fix it. But he left without doing any work. I complained and the owner sent the worker back the next day, but he still was unable to get the unit working. I give up, they can keep sending this guy back forever but I need to get my AC unit checked out by someone who knows what they are doing.
