They are not honest about their charges. I took some items here to be altered. They quoted me $ 40 for everything. When I went to pick them up, they handed me a bill for $ 60. They’re a ripe off and I will never go back here.

Their prices are reasonable. The ladies that I’ve come across are nice. Location is very convenient. However they just aren’t that careful with your clothes. They lost a pair of my husbands pants and wouldn’t financially compensate us for nearly 2 months. They just wouldn’t admit that they gave his pants away (which is irritating on so many levels as my husband is extremely tall and doesn’t wear a common size, why would someone keep pants that don’t fit them?). Then I’ve had friends who’ve said they’ve burnt their collars pressing dress shirts. Plus just recently they said they’d repair a broken zipper and lost buttons on a pair of dress slacks, I paid for that repair but when I got home to check, all they’d done was clean the pants. Although it’s my fault for not going through the order on pick up, it’s still irritating that now I have to go back. We don’t have a lot of options in Evergreen and maybe Best Cleaners 3 knows that and so they don’t have to offer fantastic service because as consumers, we are sort of stuck with them. On top of it all, none of them take accountability. If there’s a problem, whomever I’m speaking to blames it on someone else. We are all human, but at least own up to your mistakes.

Cash only if less than $ 15 and they refused to give me receipt. Shady business. wont come back again.

I have nothing to comment about the quality of dry-​cleaning. It seems average, but I don’t get things dry-​cleaned very much. I know for a fact they don’t do it on-​site; I dropped off a peacoat during the holidays and the girl who was working that day told me so.
Be sure to check your receipt and make sure they mark what you’ve dropped off. Like I said, I dropped off a peacoat. When I went to go pick it up, another lady was working and couldn’t find it. I pointed to a peacoat and said, «it looks like that one». It was that one, but a skirt magically appeared with it.
The lady refused to give me my peacoat, understandably, but the skirt definitely looked like it was a midi skirt for a tall, lanky woman. I’m 5’0″. She commented that it would cause too many problems if I came back later and asked for the skirt. There was some back and forth, and she told me to come back the next day as the girl who was working when I dropped off the coat would be there. I said I couldn’t do that as I worked in San Francisco and literally just made it in time for closing.
Finally, she called the girl and gave me my peacoat, albeit reluctantly. It was $ 12. It wasn’t a great experience, but they are open a bit later than other dry-​cleaners in the area. Just make sure they mark your receipt with the item!

Came here on a Monday and dropped off a pair of pants. They said it would be $ 4 and ready to be picked up on Friday after 4 pm. I ended up losing my pick up ticket and going to pick up the pants on Tuesday, but it was no problem at all. They were able to find my order very quickly and I was in and out the door in 2 minutes. What more do you want from a dry cleaning joint?
FYI– Bring cash if your order is less than $ 15. They only accept credit cards and debit cards if your order is greater than $ 15. Also, they are open on Saturdays too (10 am to 4 pm)!

LOVE this place! I came in with my hubby’s most favorite old levi’s. They cleaned and creased them exactly to his liking! We are deeply satisfied AND they have the best price around my neighborhood, I will come again. Oh love their customer service also, my kids were being wild when I went to pick up and the lady at the register sensed I was going crazy lol she hurried for me and I guess you have to have a certain amount to do debit card but she did mine anways. Bless her for understanding that I just wanted to go home lol. I cant wait to go again I love a great service and friendly kind hearted people who understand me :)
