Dung is friendly and did a pretty good job with my dotter’s hair. I will be back! Her skills are okay. No complaints!

1) Pick up your phone 2) Pick up your phone 3) Pick up your phone 4) when you finally pick up the phone, please make sure you can speak/understand English(response was«what, what? How many?») and please don’t scream like I murdered your dog. Holy f

Wonderful customer service. I was falling asleep from lack of sleep the previous night. I couldn’t help myself from drifting to sleep, so I took a comfy nap while my hair was being cut. The nice lady, Dawn, ensured my head was in a correct position to give me a cute haircut. She held my head in a gentle way like my head was resting on a pillow. Before I knew it, I woke up to a stylish hairstyle. Thank you Dawn and Best Cuts for the enjoyable afternoon!

Make sure that you know how to communicate before you go there. Some time it’s difficult to understand there English. They gave me some additional service as I did not understand what they are saying and ended up paying more. I would say place is good for price tag. However might not go there again.

I don’t know what happened but dung has lost her touch. My first two haircuts with her were the best I’ve ever gotten, but has only gone downhill from there. I told myself I’d give her one more shot and yesterday was it. I’ll be going back to civic barber in Sunnyvale for $ 12

Waste of money. I ended up going somewhere else to fix the cut I had. If you are just looking for a cut that you dont want anybody to see, then this is probably where you should be.

Absolutely the best. My husband decided to try a new place close to home so we decided to go here. The three hair stylists were so nice and personal. The haircut came out perfect. Dung who cut my husband’s hair was very detail oriented but I watched the other two customers feeling happy with their haircuts by the other lady too. My husband was impressed b/c he didn’t trust a lady to cut his hair before. The salon is clean. $ 10/haircut plus $ 4 tips. So much cheaper than other European places we used to go and it came out so perfect. Highly recommended.

As much as I’ve eaten at Phở Kim Long next door, I’ve never noticed this place. This was actually the 3rd place I hit up that day because my usual barber doesn’t take appointments and had over an hour wait upon opening and the 2nd place I hit up didn’t have an opening for 4 more hours. Yes, I was pretty desperate for a hair cut lol. Anyway, this place feels like your typical Vietnamese hair salon: Chinese/Vietnamese calendars on the wall, Vietnamese radio playing in the background, and Vietnamese ladies cutting your hair. The lady that cut my hair was very nice and was very quick and precise with my hair. She also gave me input on how much I should cut off and where I should thin it out. $ 8 + tip, done in 15 – 20 minutes and there was no wait(at 10:30am on a Friday). Very reasonable. My only gripe is that I showed her a picture of that shaved comb over that seems to be so popular now and she did it, but apparently asian ladies have their own version: instead of a clear border between a #1 shave on the size and the comb over, they just shave straight up and round out all the corners so that the side blends/fades into the comb over. It gives me a slightly unique cut compared to everyone else and I look good in it so its no biggie =]

I haven’t had a haircut this cheap since I was 7 years old. You can’t beat $ 8, I get the same haircut for double the price elsewhere.

My dad and I have been going to them for over 15 years! Best gals to get a haircut from in San Jose. The cuts are quick, cheap and done the way we like them. They’re happy enough to start conversation if you’d like, but also flexible enough to know when you’re in a rush.

Meh. $ 12 for long hair women’s haircut is a great deal, but I’ve had better $ 12 haircuts at other Vietnamese places around San Jose. I was not impressed with the layered haircut I got and definitely not the bangs, which got cut way too short even though I specifically said«side swept bangs» and now I have to clip them to the side until they grow out… this will probably take a month. =\ They’re nice though. I should’ve been wary when all the posters around the salon were of 80’s style haircuts and that’s exactly what my hair looked like when finished.

The lady who cut my nephews hair was really nice. She asked before hand if I wanted to cut my nephews tail off, and then said«I’ll cut it and leave it and if you don’t like it I’ll cut it off» well anyways my nephew kept his tail so hes running around with a crazy Mohawk and curly tail ha. Took like 15 minutes for her to cut it, 5 minutes to style the hawk. Guess my nephews hair aint crackin cuz his Mohawk seemed like it didn’t want to stay up. She was a nice lady though and was conversing with my nephew asking about school and stuff. $ 8 for the haircut. Would come back in the future.

The ladies were nice and cut down my brother’s crazy hair to something more presentable. However, if you don’t have any specific style or cut in mind they have very old(I think 80s old) hairstyle books. But for $ 10 it’s a solid haircut.

Dung is very attentive and she actually listens to her customers unlike some other barbers in the area. Will be going here from now on for my haircuts.

Went to Dung for a haircut last week and WOW this is the best haircut I’ve gotten in a while. I usually spend upwards of $ 40 for a haircut but for $ 8 I can get the same quality haircut here. The wifey also told me she loved this haircut the best out of all the ones I’ve had. Make an appt with Dung and you won’t be sorry!

Good quality haircut for $ 8. My go to lady is Dung, she gives a nice clean fade with a line up. Very friendly atmosphere that welcome people from all backgrounds.

These ladies are great. Small hometown hair cut shop. I have been coming to them since I was in high school and now in my thirties and still the only place I’ll go for a hair cut.(other wise I’d just shave it off myself) they are very reasonably priced and very nice. They are actually cheaper than most other places. It can be a wait sometimes but that’s how it goes at the barber and can expected so no big deal. I now have my kids hair cut there and they love and the ladies like them too. Check them out for a trim or hair cut.

I have been getting a haircut from the best cuts since I was a kid. We use to go to their Piedmont location and now they are here still close by my home. They are fast and cheap($ 8.00 for mens cut). They are all Vietnamese here. Friendly service.
