Thanks for the half-​hearted response. It’s funny because they had made my requested drink about 6 times before at the other location. Needless to say I won’t be back.

My Thai tea was alright however, the customer service was horrible! It took 20 minutes for me get to get a simple Thai tea… And every single table was dirty. They had no clean place to sit the entire time, not sure how it’s sanitary to leave every table disgusting. And even after the 20 minutes, no one cleared up any of the tables… If you like clean environments I definitely wouldn’t suggest going here.

I loveeee milk tea like its my daily coffee and I had high expectations for my milk tea but this place failed to satisfy me. I could tell the milk tea was powdered and not made fresh like Tea Society or Pekoe (love those places). I also ordered the tower with toast and ice cream and I’ve got to say, it was pretty bad or maybe just not decent. The toast was a little bit burnt and it was suppose to have macaroons on it but it didn’t. So in general, I would not go here ever again.

Came here to try it out as we usually go to the additional location on Story, but haven’t been too happy with the service lately. This location wasn’t much better either. They refused to make a Taro smoothie with blended cookies like they usually do even though it is not on the menu. They were also offering a B1G1 and the guy ringing me up did not even mention it until I asked him about it. Still disappointed with Bobo’s which is a shame because their drinks and food are really good. Different locations, same below par service.

Came in for the BOGO Free Drinks which by the way are only for the 5 specialty green tea drinks. We ordered 8 drinks only paying for 4 drinks but the bill turned out to be around $ 24. The price does not show on the menu board at all. That means that each drink is $ 6 which is double the price of majority milk tea chains. The price was on the expensive side but I let that slide until I could actually try the drinks out. I ordered the Very Berry drink which was honestly too sweet for my taste. I drank some and added one 16fl oz water bottle and it was still too sweet. The drink has lychee jelly, actual strawberries, longan, and basil seeds. It was a nice experience but I don’t think I would come back here. There are way better and cheaper places to go. Also if you’re looking to see if you can get the drinks in jars here, you can’t since this place is only for To-​go drinks!

I never knew why the rest of the other bobo drink places have such low ratings and even some of my friends said the drinks are watered down and dirty and whatever? Having said that it never stopped me from going there because I wanna find out by myself ! I wanna be the judge for myself !!! You know ?
So I decided to try this place out and from the outside it looked small hence the banner «express».
I decided to get a fruity tea and it was really good ! I could taste the tea and anything that has longan fruit bits in there, I’m all for it !
My friend got the special milk tea and she said it’s pretty good too. So as far as I know, I’m glad I’m able to try this place. I’m more of a tea person rather than milk tea so it’s good for me. The boba was fresh and chewy also !
One negative thing is that the place is so scary with all the surroundings.
