Yikes! BWW, what happened? You used to be the happening place! Was it because of the Tuesday night lull? Was it because the Sharks were losing? Either way, I wasn’t too impressed. Started with the cheese curds – if you’ve had Wisconsin cheese curds, you’ll be disappointed. If not, then it’s the perfect amount of cheesy/crunchy goodness. After I’d say a close to 30 minute wait, our meals came out and I didn’t feel the feels as when I saw the picture of my burger on the menu. It had definitely been sitting for a while because the sauce was nearly dried out on the chicken – fries were… meh, as well. I can really only say the server was polite, checked on us regularly, and brought me a water refill without having to ask(what a drought rebel!) I’ll probably save my money for Wing Stop and watch the games from my couch next time.

Service sucks, food not much better. Management worthless. Don’t bother. Food brought with no napkins, forks and no dressing on the salad. Nobody seemed to care. Poor server was new but the guy who brought the food could care less. Never going back.

Showed up here on a Thursday night when boneless tenders are $ 0.70 a piece. The minimum order for each sauce is 5, which is enough for a nice variety even with two people! We also ordered the Ultimate Cheese Platter, which comes with a grilled cheese sandwich, mozz sticks, and cheese curds. For a cheese lover like me, it really hit the spot! One of the waiters recommended dipping the cheese curds in caramel, and it was surprisingly very good! It tasted sort of like a funnel cake. They have a beer of the month, so look for the table tent advertising it. I have mixed feelings about the service. Lots of people checked in to make sure everything was okay, which was nice. However, despite that, it seemed to take a long time to get our water, place our order, and get our check. Overall, a solid place to spend an evening, perhaps with some friends during a game,

The host who thinks he’s Eminem needs a throat punch. That little punk pretty much talks business out the door. Tried to come in to get a seat for a quick bite and a brew during a warriors game(basketball is fuckin weak BTW), and slim shady acted like we were inconveniencing his poser ass just by walking in the door. I don’t give a fuck who’s on tv. At least do your job and be pleasant. The only reason they get one star is because I can’t rate them on the middle finger system.

This is my first time eating Buffalo wild wings, and man were they awful! No flavor an any of the flavored wings, cold and also the fries. It tasted like its been sitting around in back when we went to go pick it up. The salary and carrots had more flavor then the wings! This will be my last time I ever eat at any Buffalo wings location.

We used to LOVE coming here. The food is still delicious, but the amount of MSG they use in their food is bordering on dangerous. We’ve been coming here for years, and never had a problem, but two months ago, we ate here, and both of us suffered a strong reaction to their OVERUSE of MSG. Both of our heart rates were dangerously high… and we are in perfect health(not on any meds, nor need them). We figured we’d wait a month, and try again. Nope… this time it was worse. Sadly, we can’t eat here anymore, and we have no choice to tell others to stay away for their own health. Reached out to corporate… no reply. Not really surprised. WHATISWITHALLTHESERESTAURANTSOVERUSINGMSG!!! Chevy’s is doing this too, and had to leave the same feedback for them.

Man, Bdubz you let me down a bit. So I came here for the Packers/Cardinals game and the game started at 5:15pm so I got here at 4:30pm. I was seated right away waiting for my party because they were late. It started off well but when things got busy for them OMG it fell apart. I had to ask for a little thing of sour cream 5 times. Finally it came out, another scenario where the manager came up and asked if I needed anything and I wanted two shots of tequila. Well they didn’t come and then the waitress comes with the bill and I was like«I’m not leaving yet … and btw you charged me for shots and they never came». That told me the manager put them in but the bar never got them to the waitress. There was a group next to me saying hey had waited 45 minutes for a basket of fries. When my friends showed up they had to show their ID’s at the bar for some reason… Why didn’t the waitress look or take the ID;s and show the bartender… Unreal. And still the waitress kept bringing the bill and finally I said … «Miss I’m not leaving till after the game is over» I don’t know if she wanted me to leave or what but I started getting that vibe??? I’m pretty sure she could tell I was watching because I was GB Packered out. Anyway… This place is good when no one is there. When its busy the staff falls apart for some reason. A lot of them are young. The food was fine… typical BWW food. Waitresses are ok based off of what I saw. The place itself was clean and theres lots of TV’s and projectors all around. «Always do sober what you said you’d do drunk. That will teach you to keep your mouth shut.» ― Ernest Hemingway

I will never be back to this location. I went here Saturday 1⁄16th around 4 ~ 5 p.m. Terrible service from the beginning to the end! Hostess was a mess sitting us down after sitting 3 tables who came after us. she said«sitting 2 people are easier than 4» is this girl serious??? then our waiter takes forever to take our order(we were well beyond ready when he first came by to ask for drinks) then our waiter forgets drinks(had to bug some guy in black uniform) then had to ask 2 different workers for the sides we ordered(a basket of fries and a mac and cheese) then we had to bug a shift leader for our fries(at this point we finished our meal) I would like to write down the details but Unilocal only allows limited words OVERALL the WORST, I mean THEWORST customer service I have ever received, EVER. I never even write reviews on Unilocal, but I had to for this location.

«My sh*t looks literally like chocolate syrup» — said a loved one of mine 30 mins after eating bww. I have to race home so we can make it to the toilet. Not just the bad food but bad service as well. I know it’s the playoff for the NFL, but i ordered my food with 10 mins left in the first quarter… I didnt get my food till half time, and my apps unfortunately came out after my meal. Big pet peev. This is the third time with horrible service. Now I got«chocolate syrup» to top off the incredible service and meal. Thanks bww.

Ordered togo when there was a game on, my mistake. When I got home the wings had no sauce on them. As I was waiting for the wings to be ready in the lobby I noticed that the restaurant was packed and overstaffed with servers but only the manager seemed to have any sense of urgency. if I was her I would light a fire under my staffs ass by letting go of some of the servers that just stand around watching the game with the patrons.

Came here on New Year’s Day around 3pm. It was not too crowded, but there were quite of bit of people there watching the Stanford football game. Sat down, ordered a small lemon pepper wings, asked for their sampler plate but they were out of mozzarella sticks so we could not order it. Also ordered their chili cheese nachos and 5 wings of their mango habanero. Asked if it was happy hour and if a long island ice tea counted and our waiter said yes, so we ordered one long island ice tea. Food came out. For two people, this was more than enough food. The small came with about 10 wings, which we should have gotten two different flavors to try instead of getting all 10 lemon pepper. However, it was good. The difference here from wing stop’s lemon pepper is that they use a dry rub, therefore there is not a lot of oil at the bottom. I also really enjoyed the mango habanero. It is a little bit spicy for me, but perfect for my boyfriend. Our wings came with carrots as well. Normally they have the option of carrots or celery, but they were out of celery(go figure). Our bill came out and we noticed that our waiter did not put the drink on happy hour. Waited a while for our server to come back to us. When he did, we told him about our drink and he said he will go check on that. Eventually, the manager came out and told us that our long island iced tea was not considered for their happy hour. We were puzzled because their happy hour said that any vodka, captain morgan, or some other alcohol mixed drink is considered happy hour. Last time I checked, long island iced tea was made with captain morgan… We didn’t bother asking what alcohol they made their drink with because the manager said no that it was not on their happy hour and that was it. He walked away. We were already fed up with waiting so long, that we were just going to let it go. We didn’t even want to bring up the fact that our waiter told us it was on happy hour before we got it. We continued to wait until our server came back to give us our original bill, paid, and then left. I left there unsatisfied, mainly because of their customer service. The food was good, despite the fact that they were missing some items and could not offer it to us.

Service is ok, the chicken wings are ok too. However they charged if you order ranch sauce and a few pieces of carrot and celery(see photos receipt). The chicken burrito are so burnt and they still bring them to me. Ridiculous!!!

Overall fairly quick service(Sunday noon), server was prompt with our requests, food was good as usual, — 2 stars for employee(server) not washing his hands after using the restroom.

Finally try out their Tuesday special and it wasn’t that bad. 70 cents for each wing is a good place for a place that’s open until 2am. Plus happy hour monday to Friday after 10 I think, until closing. What a deal!

What is so great about this place? I’m sorry to say, but BWW has the smallest, most over-priced wings I have ever had. The flavors I’ve tried are decent, but nothing special in my opinion. If I wanted good wings, I’d go to Wingstop or Smoke Eaters. They have afternoon and late night happy hour on the weekdays. The drinks are fine during happy hour; I always get the Angry Orchard. But the list of appetizers they let you choose from is measly and kind of makes me sad. I highly recommend NOT getting the chips and chile con queso dip(straight from a can I tell you). I was really excited to try the fried pickles, but they were a disappointment too. Soggy and way too sour for my taste. I think the thing that draws people in to this place is the variety of beers they have on tap and the giant screen televisions(although plenty of other establishments have that too). Not my first choice. Not even my 11th choice.

The Asian Zing sauce is super delicious, and I’m still rating 1 star. The service is awful. A W F U L. Like I cannot believe how awful. They are shockingly slow. Are chicken wings the slowest dish in the world to prepare? Do they have only one fryer? Are they slaughtering chickens? I can tell you they aren’t preparing anything fresh. Maybe they have only one microwave and the bottleneck is thawing frozen meat? Another thing I’ve notice at all of my several visits is how uniformly clueless the servers are about pricing and flavors. They’re also always willing to overcharge you, provided it simplifies their keystrokes on the register. And their fries are atrocious. They taste like they were fried yesterday and heated up today in a double boiler. Eww.

This was not good experience. A group of us were going to eat here. I was late so when I arrived, and so was another guy. Everyone else had ordered. The waitress didn’t realize that 2 more people came to the table. neither her nor a server offered us menus. finally a manager asked how we were doing, and we had to ask him for menus. I ordered my first beer and a friend ordered his second. When the server delivers the beer, he doesn’t know which beer is which. that’s important to not mix up the beers. 5 minutes later the waitress came back around. She took the order of the other person then left, without taking my order. We had to flag her down again to get her to take my order. Another guy from my party ordered a beer. We must have waited 10 – 15 minutes for it to arrive. only for it to be the WRONG beer. so we waited another 10 minutes for the right beer to arrive. In addition it was a battle to get water and drink refills. We waited for forever. In addition there was no attention to the local teams. The Sharks were playing, and we had to scratch and claw for them to turn to that station. They would rather play the Royals World series victory parade and the NBA Dallas vs Charlotte game; both events not local teams. At least the food was good. Service: horrible. They do not respond in a timely matter to the needs of the table.

HOLY S*** this place went from 5 to 1 star real quick! Last night was a disaster! By far the worst service I have experienced in my life! I like the food and concept but service is horrible! My first review was mainly for the food still bad service but it was alright. But last night changed everything. My friends and I came around 8pm and it wasn’t busy at all. We sat by the bar area and it took us 20 minutes for someone to even take our order– we had to wave our waiter down btw. When the food came out another 30 – 35 minutes later(like why??), we didn’t have any utensils so we had to flag our waiter down again, he said okay BUT we saw him cleaning a really big table behind us! WHY! Just grab some forks real fast… He dropped our utensil off a few minutes later. Also, my friend never got his fries he ordered and I never got the spinach dip that came with the first sampler(the one with pretzels and all that, which wasn’t all that the pretzels were thick as heck and the cheese was watery) anyways, guess what? We had to wait some more… Our waters never got refilled once, my friend asked for waters BUTHEONLYGAVEMYFRIENDWATER. Oh my goodness why not refill all of ours too? We had split checks and oh man oh man, ITWASWRONG. HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLESERVICEEVER! It was so bad I can’t even believe it and it’s pretty overpriced too. **sigh** I like the food but it’s totally not worth coming back.

Wings and sports! This is one of my main spots to enjoy sports and chicken wing with my friends. They have many TV’s for you watch all around. No matter where you sit, you still get the best view. I normally order my favorite garlic parmesan. They don’t add too much sauce on the wings, which I like so you can taste the chicken. They do have many flavors to choose from, which is a lot more than Wingstop. The bar is huge with many tables. I really enjoy coming here to watch my 49ers, Warriors, and Giants!

Ok wings. I like how they offer a variety of flavors. And they also allow you to mix the flavor within one order. The skin is well coated with the seasoning of your choice. I just found the meat(beyond the skin) a bit bland. They got a nice setup with the booths and the big lcd and projector screens. At one point, my kids(2 and 4 yrs old) asked if we were in the movie theatre hahaha :)
