I work with Brooke, Jeremy’s wife and I mentioned I wanted to install artificial Grass and add a patio etc. Jeremy came out at my convenience and asked me exactly what I wanted, took measurements, all the professional stuff. He was really cool and I had a great time talking to him about different possibilities and helping map it all out. They even brought me blue prints to sign off on before they started. The guys were on time and Jeremy always called to make sure everything was going good and I’m happy with the work. He does inspections and pops in himself too. Very friendly and I know they are good people. I recommend them to anyone and feel comfortable, no guess work and you don’t even have to pay until completion.

I had a co-​worker who has family that owned older apartment buildings in milpitus, they were nervous about the work though. I recommended this company as I know Jeremy and Toni. Jeremy went to meet with them and they decided to let build4less do one apartment first (granite, hardwood like flooring and painting) that way they could see the work. Of coarse I was nervous because it’s almost like setting up friends on a blind date, but I knew Jeremy would take care of them. Now they are working on the rest of the units and they are mostly happy that the work is great AND the communication is good and they are always on time. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories in this business and I know this company is here to do business the right way. Pictures are up on their website of their work.
