Burger King

They are fast and I like that. They are usually friendly people. I never had any problem ordering from this place for the past over 3 years. The manager there (the lady) she has excellent memory. Ever since I ordered my chicken nugget to be freshly fried she remembers each time I go there to do that for me without me asking.
They are all very nice and hardworking people.

My boyfriend speaks and understands Spanish and let’s just say that what the works were saying about him was not nice. The chicken fries are terrible now and so are the fries. At least at this location. The worker asked if we were ready we said not yet and a minute later he asked again if we were ready. People who work here, if you’re going to call people names at least say it quieter.

At 5:15 pm today I went through the drive thru and a sign on the ordering speaker said the credit card machine was down. Fine, I had cash, not a problem. My total came out to 8.24, I gave the guy a $ 20, the man gave me $ 2.01. Things already seemed suspicious, since I saw him pull at least 3 bills out, but only gave me 2 and put the other on top of the register. I told him I gave him a $ 20, he sighed a bit, then grabbed the bill from the top of register and handed me the $ 10. Other than this time, I’ve never had any issues with this Burger King, my fries were also cold and some of them tasted old.

Don’t take your time ordering! I was with my bf trying to decide what to order. The drive-​tru guy kept asking «ARE YOU READY TO ORDER?» The third time hit the wrong nerve, I told him I wasn’t ordering any long because he ask one too many times. I would understand if someone was in line behind us. This was my favorite BK because you could mix the drinks but I will never go back now. There is no need to rush a customer that isn’t causing an inconvenience.

Chicken fries = my guilty pleasure! I don’t always do fast food but when I do I come to this particular BK. I love everyone who works here; they are Über friendly and just over all nice people. I love them so much I wanna be friends with them on Facebook. Food wise– it’s BK super tasty when u gots the cravings.

I really like this Burger King. Staff are always very nice and friendly. Environment is clean as well. Plenty of parking also. I’ll be back.

I have rarely had any bad experiences at Burger King. They have a pretty good menu. I rarely eat there anymore, because I don’t eat fast food to much anymore. Like other fast food place they do have some healthy choices on the menu like salads and some cheaper dollar menu foods too. I liked their macaroni a cheese bites, but they got rid of those. Their cold mocha coffee is really good too. I remember there used to be a person at the drive thru who was terrible, but last time I went the person there was awesome, very courteous and efficient. There is one by my friend’s house off Lawrence. I will probably go to that one again someday when I go to my friend’s house.

Staff are nice and they speack english woo hoo

The service here is much better than the other BK located in front of Home Depot just not far from this location. The manager, Ricardo, is very friendly and lets me and my wife use two coupons together. He asked each table of customers for any need or drink. We talked briefly, unfortunately, today is his last day.
The Whopper is very tasty. However, I think they put lots of MSG in it. I feel to «deep sleep» when I came to home. Except this, I have no other complaint.

Whoa, white guy working the drive-​thru on a Friday night? WTF is this? Anyway, my late night snack of a BK double and chocolate shake were whipped up quickly and deliciously, so no complaints here. Just watch yourself on the horseshoe curve.

Employees are very polite and helpful fresh food and made right

The people at this location deserve 5 stars. They are always SO nice! They also always give me an extra ranch with my order– which they’ve never screwed up!
The food itself gets three stars. So four total. I actually prefer the taste of McDonalds or In and Out but this is the most convenient spot for me when I want a fast food fix on the way home from work.

I’m not a Burger King fan, but some deals are too good to pass up. BK receipts often request phone survey feedback, and in return: a free Whopper or chicken sandwich with purchase of fries and a drink. Yay for coupons.*
*: Don’t judge me. There’s nothing wrong with saving money. And it’s Burger King… any attempts to impress have already failed.
12:15 on a Monday, there was a line for the drive-​thru but no line inside. Surprised it wasn’t busier.
The cashier was quick to greet me and take my order. Handed him my coupon and ordered a chicken sandwich (free), large fries ($ 1.84), and a small soda ($ 1.00). Total was $ 3.07 after tax… for what basically amounts to a large-​size value meal.** Score!
**: Free drink refills, baby! Whatever, as if you don’t do it.
The cashier shorted me on the change, but he was quick to correct his mistake once I told him.
The food was ready really quick. The kitchen staff starts on your food as you order each item (before you finalize your order and pay). Makes it difficult for everybody if you change your order though. Yes, I worked a summer at a BK in high school. Yes, it was mortifying when classmates ate there. I don’t want to talk about it, okay?!
Pretty decent food, though I might be reluctant to buy it at full price (without a coupon). The BK chicken sandwich, which I think is about three dollars, is basically equivalent to two of Jack in the Box’s 99-​cent chicken sandwiches (read: overpriced by 33%). The fries are mostly crisp, and not terribly greasy.
Generally clean, though not spotless. Some litter on the floor.
I’ll be back, if only because the new receipt again has the free sandwich offer.

Friend: Did you hear about the fire at Moorpark and Lawrence?
Kevin C: (a little too panicked) Did the Burger King burn down?
Friend: What? Burger King? No…
Kevin C: (relieved) Oh, good.
Maybe I like BK more than I realize. :|
