I have been here a couple of times. Last time I scheduled an appointment with my favourite therapist. On route, I called in to say that I will be late by 5 minutes. But when I arrived on site, I was told that she is not available and was assigned to another customer. The manager was non-​apologetic and all he could say was, «I guess we screwed up …». I was not even offered an alternative with my therapist. I am sure they lost me as a customer that day. Very disappointed!!!
