I have not been to a Togo’s forever as I have not been eating bread. My mom just wanted to get something quick for dinner so I picked us up some sandwiches. I got there around 7pm and the place was practically empty. I was helped right away and was in and out in just a few minutes.
I ordered the pastrami and turkey & avocado sandwiches. Everything was prepared as we wanted it — correct bread and toppings. They have different specials each day and the day I was there, there was a pastrami sandwich special. It was cheaper to buy the sandwich and a drink on the special than to buy just the sandwich. The cashier also gave me a deal on the other sandwich with a bag a chips. Nice touch.
I don’t eat sandwiches often but Togo’s is always a good option. I will be back at some point especially since this location is pretty close to home.

Writing this review as we leave. The sandwich maker working the closing shift was awesome! He gave great customer service! Didn’t catch his name but he was the only one making the sandwiches while there was one man cleaning and another woman ringing up and cleaning. This place will definitely become our regular sandwich spot if we continue to receive customer service the way he provided. However, this sandwich maker definitely deserves acknowledgment for being charismatic and delivering great customer service. I hope his manager sees this review and knows that I would be happy to have someone like that working for me.

I like Togo’s food but I will not be going to this location. I deliver to a business in the same parking lot and have tried several times to eat at this Togo’s and every time I walk in the door the line has at least 10 to 20 people waiting and only 2 or 3 employees working. I don’t have 30 min to wait in line just because they can’t keep enough staff on hand.

This Togo’s has the best customer service. Anytime I have come here the workers always have a smile on their faces and they’re very pleasant to talk to. Plus the food is great. I really recommend coming to this location if you’re a fan of Togo’s.

I have been to this Togo’s many times and they do give off a strange vibe. There are days when my order turns out well and I’m very satisfied with my meal. However, there has also been many days my order has been messed up or like today, I end up feeling sick immediately after my meal. I got a half salad/​half sandwich. The sandwich immediate fell apart when I opened the wrapper. There was way too much mayo/​mustard sauce. Mainly, I was concerned when the sandwich maker touched the swinging door to go to the back and get more lettuce, then come out and touch the crunchy things to put on my salad. WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON. And he was slow.
Please, if you read this, workers of Togo’s, I understand this might be your first job and your just trying to make some money, but please be mindful that your customers eat this food. BE CLEAN.
I still tipped because I know what the struggle is like, but I’d appreciate a well made sandwich.

I love Togo’s and look forward to being the South Bay so I can eat it. But this restaurant had a bad vibe. A woman made my sandwiches and was visibly irritated by being at work and having a customer — it was the beginning of the lunch rush and I understand that general annoyance but — don’t take it out on your paying customer.
I ordered politely and she didn’t once look me in the eye. She was very terse. Then she basically threw my sandwiches up on the counter, muttered a have a nice day, and walked away before I could even say thanks.
A very offsetting and rude experience. Manager/​owners — help your employees feel better at work so your customers don’t feel like major inconveniences. I feel like I paid $ 13 to get sandwiches with a side of yourexistenceisannoying.

Really annoyed and sad that my salad wrap literally fell apart when I took it out… if I wanted a salad on a bed of tortilla I would’ve ordered it. This pains me bc I really do love ToGos. Should’ve gotten a sandwich.

Worst Togo’s ive been to. The staff does not understand english. they messed up my order. The latin american grandma making my sandwich did not look like she wanted to work there. Got some dirty looks and very unfriendly attitude when I told them I didnt want cranberry on my sandwich, and instead of making me a new one, she simply scraped it off my sandwich. Also ordered the Hot pastrami which is one my favorite and I can see they really screw you on the meat. My sandwich looked nothing like the pictures, I barely got any meat and they raised their price. what a joke. Will never be coming back to this location again.

Went here tonight. Got home and our order had a mistake. So we called them up and I went back. They fixed the order and gave a coupon for a free 6in.
Staff was great. I will be back. Errors happen, it’s how you handle it that makes a business good

Went here tonight & I have to say the workers are so slow. The line started getting long and cashier didn’t even know how to ring it up. The sandwich was mostly all lettuce? No meat! If I wanted more veggies I wud have went to subway:(! Sadly my favorite #16 was also dry? I really love TOGOS but they need improvement. My hope is they’ll read this review and do some improvements. Since I work so close to here I’d like to come back and actually enjoy my #16.

I am not a fan of deli meats so I get the hot sandwiches and they are delicious. Always order in the shop because they can mix up your order at times if you order over the phone but No worries I didn’t give this place 5 stars for nothing.

If you read my review of the Round table a few doors down some of my thoughts echo here as well~Here is what I wrote:
” I like this center because though stores are crammed together it also has that «Town and Country Village» shopping center ambiance and Round table is in the cove that is separate from all the congestion so that’s another plus! «.
This Togo’s is clean, efficient… which to me means fast in the World of fast food or self service environments. It’s spacious so you can bring a group and it’s cozy as far as Togo’s…go! I have been to this one a lot more than the Pruneyard because of space to actually sit and enjoy yourself and miss the one across from the Pruneyard in the house that is now Thai Orchid Thai restaurant,(good food and I reviewed as well*). I read some service issues here but i didn’t have this problem when I went/​go.

Been coming to todos for years. Way better than Subway and way cheaper than Quizznos. I always get the turkey avocado on wheat, and its perfect every time. Marissa helped us last week and she was super nice and helpful! Even though it was pretty busy she didn’t rush us and made our 3 sandwiches to go just right!
