We used Carpet Plus for our building and was very very happy with their service and promptness. The quote they gave us equaled the amount on the final bill with no hidden costs. The job was complete in the time frame they gave us. They were very responsive from the first contact to the actual job and reasonably priced. Friendly, accomodating and easy to deal with. I have used Carpet Plus for several home improvement projects. The first was carpeting on our upstairs, stairs, and bedrooms. The carpeting was a nice Shaw brand and installation was flawless. They got done in less than one day. I also used them for my new home when I wanted to convert carpet to hardwood. I shopped extensively, and found that their prices were much better than the big box stores, plus the quality of the product was so much better. I will be using them again if/when I redo my upstairs on my new house.
