First off, I am a huge fan of Chipotle. My favorite is the steak burrito. I’ve come to this location time and time again and have always found the staff to be friendly and the facilities clean. I have yet to encounter any problems with this location. Two thumbs up!

The service was great but the food was not as good as other locations I have been to. And the portion of the meat was really small. I had to look for the meat the whole time I was eating the bowl. I wish they have a set amount of the meat for every customers.

Shout out to LUPE who made my nervous 2nd time experience here a fantastic one! I’ve always disliked the feeling of being rushed and not knowing what I want to order, but Lupe was patient and kind about it. Will definitely be coming back. Thumbs up to the great customer service here

Just stopped by this location. And who I believe to be the manager,(blonde with a butterfly tattoo on her hand) Was litterely yelling at her staff infront of me. The poor kid seemed new and didn’t need her yelling at him infront of guests. The food is always good here but that manager or who ever it was needs to learn how to treat other employees

Normally this would be a 4 star but this place is so much better than the other nearby chipotles that I would give it a five for being better. This is THE chipotles I go to now if I want chipotle food. The other two that I used to go to simply can compare. The ladies here are also lively and more fun. Just now they were joking with a friend that they wouldn’t serve him :-). It’s nice to see they are enjoying themselves while on the job. Food tastes better when it’s made by happy people.

I literally just left this Chipotle and highly doubt I’ll ever come back to this location ever again. Although I was in and out very quickly, the customer service is extremely lacking. Yes, like other reviewers have said, the portion sizes here are super small. However, I don’t appreciate being barked at while ordering food and the annoyed eye rolling when saying I want a little bit of salsa. Also, doesn’t seem like I was alone in this situation as the guy behind me asked for extra salsa in his burrito and the serving lady goes, «REALLLLLLLLLY!!!». Like… give the guy his extra salsa that he asked for and move on. You really don’t and shouldn’t have to question how people want their food when the whole point of coming to chipotle is to customize your meal. So, while this is the closest location to me. I’ll drive out of my way to go somewhere else.

I’ve been going to this location at least once a week for close to 2 months now since it’s a block from my apt. In general it’s always decent food and fairly good service. However this week I ate at chipotle for dinner on Tuesday and tonight(Thursday). …it’s been a long week, don’t judge. Anyway, I don’t know if training is happening or chipotle is changing their service model or what, but both experiences have been amazing. Food tasted extremely flavorful and fresh-made, interior was super clean, servings were huge. But most importantly, everyone working was extremely friendly. Tonight someone came up the table when we were eating and asked if we needed anything! At a chipotle! Keep up the awesome work!

The people that work and run this location are always so pleasant, especially the people that close in the evenings. They are happy and polite. Sometimes, you even get lucky and they give you a free bag of chips or something totally unexpected!

The restaurant is super clean and well kept, the food tasted fresh, the portion sizes were the perfect amount for me, and the guys’ burrito rolling was on point. I asked if they charge extra to turn a chicken burrito into a quesarito(some chipotles do it for free) and unfortunately they do charge extra. I think it’s $ 3 – 4 more? But the guy kindly offered to put the cheese onto the tortilla first so it could melt a little instead(like a quesarito!!) which was really cool and nice of him to do for me.

I go here at least once a month. Amusingly, it’s basically a Subway with Tex-Mex, but higher quality. The meat is all organic which makes it actually pretty tasty. They do a pretty good job at moving the line through too and never have an issue with custom orders(extra rice, extra corn, etc). If you always get a similar item, regardless of where you go, that item will be similar at whichever Chipotle’s you go to. The corn might be a little hotter in some places versus others, but that’s about it.

It was Chipotle… I ate a bowl with chicken bowl with brown rice, medium salsa, black beans, fajita mix, corn, guacamole and some lettuce. Decided to have Coors Light with some chips and salsa. It was white peoples Mexican food. It tasted the exact same as the last time I was at Chipotle. Boring and convenient… but always consistent.

I’d give them 5 stars except the lines are so long here and there are inconsistencies with serving portions. But like all chipotles the food is excellent! I love the healthy options with brown rice and bowls/salads. I’m also a huge guacamole fan and sometimes find myself going in just for a side of guacamole to add the a sandwich;)

Every Chipotle is about the same right?! What’s different is portion size, cleanliness of the place and attitude of the people serving you. Well this one would’ve got a 0 star if there was an option. The food is the same and it’s great. I saw some review about food poisoning here but so far I haven’t had that misfortune. The place is reasonably clean considering that on weekdays the turnaround is crazy. Portion size is definitely smaller here than some others that I have been to. The issue I have is with attitude. It just seems the guys and gals filling my bowl were on a different planet. There was one girl who was constantly cleaning the assembly line with the same hands(yes she had gloves) that she was filling my bowl. Her mind was definitely not there. When she got to the lettuce she filled my bowl once, spilled a few outside, cleaned, dug her dirty hands into the lettuce and filled again. I was about to tell her what she did when she spilled a few more lettuce and put them right back into my bowl!!! At that point I was totally annoyed. I mentioned this to her and she was unapologetic and didn’t agree she did this. Obviously she wasn’t paying attention. It’s an assembly line for her not someone’s bowl of food. I’ll stay away from this one.

Sometimes 3 stars isnt that bad. Your typical Chipotle. Have you been to Chipotle before? Yeah it’s like that. The reason it is a 3 star is the portion is a little smaller than other Chipotle. I started going to Chipotle because they were known for given out a large portion. Other than that, it is everything you would expect from a chipotle. All the workers are competant and the place seems clean. There is always a line during lunch time however the line moves quickly. Parking: huge lot but packed during lunch due to the amount of restaurant in the plaza. Overall: Will return for lunch.

This Chipotle location seems to have short lines on a consistent basis(crazy considering the parking lot around lunch!). Service is friendly and efficient. Portions are generous and everything is prepared well.

I live in SoCal and have a few friends and coworkers that claimed that NorCal/Bay Area Chipotles taste better because their meats they get from the farms there are«fresher.» I decided to put that to the test. Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 1. Parking was pretty crowded but once we got inside the place, there was no line. Staff was friendly and did a good job explaining how everything works for first timers. I had a bowl with brown rice, no beans, half chicken half barbacoa, cheese, corn, mild sauce, and guac. Cup of water to drink. Portion sizing was generous. Decided to sit outdoors to enjoy the fresh non DTLA air. I will have to agree with my friends who claimed their meat was much better than down here. It’s not a big change, but it is definitely more tender and tastier.

About a month ago, I drove to Chipotle to pick up some lunch. I really like this location, more so than the Great Mall one — they portion the food well, and I use the app pretty frequently so I skip the lines. And the people who work here are friendly. Can’t say the same about some of their clientele, though. While I was walking from my car to the restaurant, I overheard a dude in the parking lot comment to his friend — as if I wasn’t walking 3 feet to their left, going in the same exact direction — that my car looked dirty and old. Granted, I drive a 1998 Toyota Camry, whose driver side door I never quite fixed after it was broken into by some crackhead at South Hayward BART, and it’s a little worse for wear, and I work in Silicon Valley so OFCOURSE I’m parked next to a bunch of Lexus and BMW’s… but it’s reliable, and it gets me to where I need to go. Still, I can’t really argue — at that point in time, my car was pretty dirty and given that it’s 2014, it’s also definitely old. So today, I will not curse you out, tech bro, I’m gonna let go, let God, and get my food. Anyway, 10 minutes later, the cashier rang him up and his debit card got declined. HAHAHHHHA Yes, I drive a piece of shit that is technically the age of consent in most states, but at least I can fucking afford Chipotle.

They actually gave me a FULL cup of chicken, instead of the half-assed ones where they try to shake off the extra meat at other Chipotles. Chipotle, I love you *o* If I could afford it, I’d come every Sunday before church T__T

Barbacoa. Barbacoa. Repeat after me. Barbacoa. I like that you can get your goods in a bowl. Interesting take on a gutted-burrito. The guac is very well-done, too.
