Crazy 8

I went to this store for the first time this weekend, and I was happily surprised by the great selection of clothes, and fantastic prices! It is an awesome, awesome place to shop for your little ones! It’s in the Oakridge Mall!

Just happened to be walking by the store as I was shopping for a present for my friend’s daughter. I’ve never heard of crazy 8 before, but decided to browse. Glad that I did!
The clothes here are really cute! I feel Sean M.‘s description says it best that this store is «kind of like a kids H&M.» There was a sale & I was able to buy 2 outfits & pj’s at an amazing price! I think that since this place is still new, they are able to have a lot of items go on sale & in all sizes. Hope this lasts for awhile; this is now my go to shop for presents.
Sales associates were nice & helpful; always a plus. Also, there is a TV in the back with a little kid’s couch that I thought was great for keeping kid’s in one spot when parents shop. Just keep a eye on ‘em because I saw one lil boy try to make a run for it out the store, good thing his mom is like a hawk & nabbed him when he only got half way =)

Found out this is owned by gymboree. Not a big fan of their kids clothes… i usually think of yuppie pretentious uptight people when I think of them.
This is kind of like a kids H&M. Normal staple clothing (sweaters, pants, shirts) but a lot of em have a quirky modern twist making them pretty cool and definitely appropriate for my lil guy. I mean kids cardigans, sweaters with shawl collars?
I’m sold. And the prices are simply unbeatable.
We got 3 sweaters, a rugby, and a T shirt for under 50?! I’m a fan and will be back.

One of the top 3 places I shop for my daughter. This place has such cute, trendy clothes for little girls! Personally, I prefer this store over Gymboree (the owner) because the clothes aren’t as frou-​frou and bright in color. There are a lot of darker color shades to choose from and the clothing is more contemporary. Whenever I take my daughter shopping, she gravitates towards clothing that look like mine, so I love how I’ll sometimes find a minature piece straight from my wardrobe! Plus, they have great sales quite often and also offer Crazy Cash (like Gymbucks).

Can I just say that this store has such cute clothes for kids!
Typically I buy my daughter’s clothing at Old Navy, Gap, or Target. Yes I shop smart for the kiddo because really she’ll be big in no time and there is no need to spend beacoup bucks on clothes that will be thrown into the Goodwill bag in 6 months.
Anyhoo I was walking around Oakridge today and happened to stumble upon Crazy 8. I was astonished at all the amazing clothes I found for my 5 year old girl. They even had petticoats and I’m a sucker for petticoats.
I love all the great quirky t-​shirts they had for little girls too. I’m so excited to bring my daughter here because she’ll definitely be running around the store saying…“OOOH MOM… LOOOK at this… so cute!!”

This store just opened on July 23. It’s a great place for children’s clothes and the prices, along with the quality, are very good (it’s owned by Gymboree). Ranges from Newborn all the way to boys/​girls size 14. Pretty big compared to the others, along with a couch and TV to help parents shop while kids watch! Employees are very nice and helpful. Wonderful store!
