Daltile Sales Service Center

Many granite shops close by 4pm so my wife and I, who both work Sun — Sat full time, have to wait for a divine miracle when we can both shop together. Today that miracle occurred and we had about 90 minutes to hit 3 granite shops. Our second stop: Daltile Natural Stone. The man in charge graciously offered to show us around but he seemed totally confused when I told him our price range, like he couldn’t imagine any granite for under $ 1000. Of course there were no prices marked on the granite. I decided to help him out. Fortunately I’d previously gone to their website, found a couple samples online and got prices… although the online samples sadly need updating. Well he was able to take us right to both of them and one of them just happened to be the granite of our dreams. And only $ 775/​slab!
My suggestion:
– Feature photos of all granite samples online with prices, and keep it updated
– Have each slab marked with price per square foot and slab price
– Fire the current attendants and replace them with honest robots

I have been working with Dal Tile for years. I’ve always found their customer service to be fantastic and their selection superior.
