Edible Arrangements

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’m upset and disappointed by the service from this Edible Arrangement. I ordered for an edible arrangement to come on February 11^th, but the recipient received it in January.
Even worse, I didn’t find any notifications about the early delivery from this location. Instead, I had to learn it from the recipient herself. Furthermore, the meaning is lacking if the present doesn’t even come close to the time that it was supposed to be delivered.

This my first time writing a review on Unilocal and I just had to do it because of their good customer services. My bother’s birthday is today and I waited until the last minute to search for an edible arrangement to be delivered to his home as i live in a different city. I picked out the arrangements, filled out the card message and payment information but when submitting my order nothing would happen. I called this location to inquire about my problem and I was immediately transferred to the manager. She told me she could help me over the phone and take my order, she even let me use an online code of $ 6 that i was using. However, when she asked the date of delivery i told her it was today (same day delivery). She told me the cut off time for deliveries is 5pm, it was 5:20pm!!! :(I was upset but right after she offered to drop it off after 8:30pm on her way home. PERFECT! my brother works long hours and a later time is even better to make sure he is home. I am VERY HAPPY with this location. They definitely know how to make a customer happy even if it means they have to go out of their way.

A+ for the manager. She called me to fix the first issue. She sent a box of chocolate strawberries/​apples for her 1 month anniversary. I will most definitely order through then again due to her follow through. I will make sure to leave more detailed directions if dropping off at a business in the future. Ie— ask for a manager in charge, page customer service, etc.

It was such a pleasure ordering an arrangement from Edible Arrangements on Prospect Rd. Valerie is SO sweet and helpful and accommodating. We were ordering for my daughter’s 5^th birthday party (Rainforest theme), and it was held on a Sunday afternoon. They delivered to our house on Sunday (when the shop is closed!) so that the fruit would be fresh and delicious (since refrigerator space is hard to come by the day before a party). The arrangement was delicious and beautiful, and the perfect centerpiece to our food table. So good!

My boss was retiring and we wanted to get some edible arrangements. there is no edible arrangements store in scotts valley so I decided to go get it from san jose. When I got there, it was 10 before store was closing and I wasn’t too hopeful I would get what I wanted. I was instantly warm welcomed by Valarie. She took her time explaining all the products they had to offer. We finally decided on one and she informed me it would take about half hr to make it. The store was already closed but she stayed to finish my order. It was beautifully looking fruit basket. I was totally Wowed by her customer service. Thank u edible arrangements for hiring people like Valarie.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. I expressed some concern regarding the arrangement falling over in the car while picking up. A lady immediately brought a large box and fillings to secure the cup. It was a good experience.

I recently had a horrible unexpected death of a friend and had already given flowers before so wanted something uplifting to give the family that was different. I’m not sure why Edible Arrangements came in my head but I thought it could be an interesting idea. I searched for one of them local to my area and was surprised that this location showed up because I live super close and never saw it before. Anyway I saw a coupon code on the internet and the site also had a special on the watermelon kiwi summer arrangement but didn’t know how to apply the codes so I called them. Received a very warm hello from the person working there and they were super helpful. Not only did they explain the different options but they also let me know what is in stock and which items I need to make an order before. I had never ordered one of these before so I was happy to get such great service. She even threw in a special bonus of fruit dipped in chocolate that hadn’t even started yet but she wanted to give it to me anyway. I feel great to be supporting a local place that has A+ customer service and I’m sure the family in grieving is going to be very uplifted having this special fruit arrangement to enjoy. They are a little pricey even with the coupon but they are healthy, colorful and a fun way to brighten someone’s day. I definitely recommend checking this one out if you need ideas for gifting.
