This is the worst Dominos I have ever been to. Just walking in the door it takes about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged or let alone helped. Calling over the phone is a hassle in its self I have been put on hold for at least 10 minutes. I have seen employees put toppings that have fallen off of other pizzas being made back into containers and being reused and far as i know that is cross contamination and being a person that has several allergies I do not take that lightly and I doubt neither will the FDA. Not only that that there doesn’t seem to be much hand washing going on or proper sanitizing from the front of the store you can spot old sauce on the walls and grease for example. All together this store seems to be a mess. I have even had the experience of receiving expired sauce from this location who knows what other things go on here. Don’t know what kind of business is being run here or how they even passed inspection but definitely going to be filing a complaint.

This store needs serious quality control in checking orders. Once again I get home to not find the dipping sauce for the chicken wings. This happens almost every time, so I was not surprised. It is only $.69, but I paid for it. Am I supposed to remind them what I ordered? My pizza order was for extra pepperoni, extra sauce, and another topping. Neither of those happened. In fact there wasn’t any pepperoni on the pizza. How in the world could Domino’s overlook one of the toppings? Another disappointment. There are too many choices to keep giving them chances to do their job right.

Ok. This store needs some upgrading. They ALWAYS mess up our order. Things we tell them specifically, they will screw it up. When it happens once, it’s a mistake. But when it happens three consevutive times, something is definitely wrong here. Moreover, the associates that work there look or sound completely lost when called or told about what’s wrong with the order Dear store, please upgrade your game. If you want to know what went wrong, look back at your last three friday’s ordering list. Arrrghhg! Never coming back again. Dominos, what’s happening to you buddy? We love you, but these stores are ruining your rep.

Pizza is like sex. When it’s good, it’s good. And when it’s bad, it’s still pretty good. Except for Domino’s pizza. It’s BAD. NO stars! Worst. Pizza. Ever. I couldn’t stomach a second bite! I threw it away. A frozen pizza was SOMUCH better!

I’ve vomited after eating here on two occasions. On both occasions, I noted to my wife how uncooked the pizza appeared. The cheese was half cooked as well and runny. Just disgusting pizza in general. No concern for quality. The pizza is never fully cooked, and it’s almost cold when it gets to you; which might be an hour, or it might be two hours. But you can be sure that the pizza is subpar. The delivery driver is always running late, he forgets stuff, or he just can’t even speak English.

Hey Domininos, we have been a loyal customer for a number of years and love your pizzas! However, on July 8 you guys waited more than 2 hours after our order to call and tell me that you had car problem and cannot deliver. Your store manager assured me that I will have a free replacement order the next time I call. I called today, and guess what? You don’t have anything on your computer for my free replacement order. What’s up with that?!

Worst place to order … Pls dun order especially if u have hungry kids. We waited for 1 hr to get stuff… V had 4 items and they delivered 3… pizza missing in the order and when I ask them the delivery guy replies call the store and when I call the store they don’t have any details and they argue back saying v sent the order … Later he says he will send the pizza 30 mins n drink fr free … But he keeps me on hold to get the details for more than 10 mins… N guess what he doesn’t even do anything about it … No free pizza … I paid for the order n there is no pizza

I am a local resident of West San Jose and I am always looking for nice places to eat or order food from. I am also a food advocate and I especially love pizza. I first started ordering pizzas from dominos about 3 years ago and in that time I have always received good tasting pizzas and friendly customer service. I think that the weekly specials are unbeatable and easy on the wallet.

I ordered 9 extra large pizzas online to feed my students who were working a music festival at West Valley College. The online order indicated it would be ready at 11:45 am. I knew from past experience that having it delivered would take more time, so I sent a student to pick up the PRE-PAID pizza order. My student arrived to pick them up at 12:15 pm, 45 minutes LATER, and the pizzas had NOTEVENBEENSTARTED. He was told that the order would be an additional 40 minutes. He cancelled the order, got my money refunded, and went to Round Table instead. What is the point of getting a mediocre pizza if it isn’t even going to be ready ANHOURLATER than indicated on the website?!! FALSEADVERTISING!

We hadn’t eaten here in years because their quality was always terrible. We decided to give it another chance with all of their turnaround campaigns. plus the price was great. Nope, still terrible. The first time, they delivered the wrong pizza. The second time, we ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and got a pizza with no buffalo sauce at all. Just cheese and chicken. I gave them a second star because the delivery driver we had each time was a genuinely nice guy, but overall, no go dominos. Still terrible pizza. I’d eat pretty much any other pizza over this.

I ordered a Pan pizza from Domino’s yesterday for New Year’s Eve dinner and it was OK, it really wasn’t very good, just OK. I had ordered the Pan pizza from a different Dominos before and I thought it tasted better so it must be that this location is bad but I didn’t find it very good this time, it tasted pretty salty, it was skimpy on toppings, and it was very greasy. I think for the price I could have gone to any number of GOOD pizzerias I know around town and would have eaten well for my hard-earned cash, so I think that’s what I’ll do next time. On the upside the kids(they were pretty young, around 18) running the store were nice and were competent enough to get my order right, I think it’s just that Domino’s still has to work on quality control to get me to eat here as a regular. Not my cup of tea…

I ordered Domino’s because I know I can count on the delivery speed. I was blown away with the quality of the pizza. It was AMAZING!!! They have really come a long way! It was so hot, it burned our mouths.(that is a good thing) It was made perfectly, and was super fresh! We ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch, which I highly recommend, and a cheese pizza.

Have ordered here a few times and about 1 out of 3 orders is wrong or the drinks are missing. I order online. Today I went to order online and see their ordering service is down. So I call. I’m putting in my order and ask about coupons. 3 Topping Large for 6.99. So then he tells me since there’s more than three toppings it will be $ 15. Huh? So he mumbles something and comes back with a total for two larges around $ 27. No coupons. My husband gets there to pick up and their credit card machine is down. There was no mention of this on the phone. Hubby doesn’t have cash on him. So he would have had leave, get cash, and come back to pick up cold pizza. Retailers should have a way to manually record credit card info for just such occasions. The guy just shrugged and said sorry. Either way they get no money so they could have just given us the pizza. But now they’re tossing it. This is the last goof up. Not returning.

This is more of a 3.5 stars, only because I can’t give a so-so pizza chain a legitimate 4 stars. I’m also not really able to say that I fully agree or disagree with everyone’s comments on people being rude — one of the things I love about Domino’s is not having to deal with people. I place the order online, I’ve had pretty good luck with its accuracy, I have shoprunner(free delivery) through Amex, and the delivery times are pretty good, even for a Friday night(last night took 16 min from hitting order to pizza showing up — not half bad). So, do I LOVE this place? No. But it’s sure convenient and I don’t deal with pizza-chain employees. That’s a win for me.
