Horrible horrible customer service!!! Never coming back there especially because of how snobby the Chinese girl employee acts. She hates her job! She will always follow you around the store like a thief and stare down at you. Had this experience more than 3 times. The owner is doing bad business hiring girls like her. Way to go dumb head!!! You just lost a good customer. I’m going to Nina’s instead and spending my hundreds of dollars I would spend on your store on a weekly basis!!!

If u are coming here for just a tiny bit of good customer service, don’t come here. However if u r plus size looking for cute clothes that r not old lady looking, this is your place. They have great everyday clothes, tons of jeans-nothing fancy but most r lasting, great business wear and going out clothes too. They don’t offer refunds only exchanges but that’s what I expect when I go to a small shop like this. Their prices r good as well. Whenever I come here I load up my arm full of clothes and help myself to my own fitting room and when they confront me I yell at them if they offered to help me I wouldn’t have to help myself! But love this store!

I always laugh because this store for big girls and it is located right next to Hometown Buffet. I consider myself to be big in the hips. Pants fit me here(XL), which is nice. I like a lot of the styles of clothes they have to offer. Prices are higher than I’d wish to pay, but what can you do? My friends and I, always have a good time shopping. I remember it being Vivi Plus, but it seems the same to me. Just a new name.

I love this place when it comes to plus size clothing. I have no problems with the workers or the music. My main focus is finding that right fit. I can only wear the size XL because I’m a little heavy around the upper part of my body. I come here for all my clothing need because everything here is very affordable and cute. I find myself going to this place for all types of occasion because it’s a one stop shop, for all your clothing needs. I love their jeans and winter apparel!!! Oh, and summer too!!! For those of you guys that are planning on visiting this spot soon. They changed their store name to Ella, but still have the same style of clothing and prices. Nothing has really changed.

I like this store, it’s not super cheap but the clothes are cute, since I feel most other stores have ugly bigger clothes. I like the clearance section and I like that sometimes they give me free earrings when I spend over a certain amount. The girls don’t seem too friendly, but I’ve never had a problem with them, and that doesn’t bother me.

Let me start off by saying I love Vivi’s Plus! This store has what you need if you’re a big chick and ready to look good then come to Vivi’s plus! The pants are great they hide all the love handles and make you look a few size smaller so yes I would pay a few more dollars to look better! The shirts are beautiful and many to choose from! There clearance area is hella cheap. Like I found a beautiful strapless top with rime stones and the top was originally $ 30 and I got it on clearance for $ 11 not to mention it had a built in push up bra. The staff ya young girls so they will talk to you if you talk to them for the most part there never rude to me!

The clothes is very over priced for the low quality. Its the kind of clothes you can only wear once because it looses its shape and color in one wash. You can also find it at the flea market. And yes the customer service is horrible.

The customer service in this place was horrible and insulting. When I asked for a shirt off the wall, the«sales girl» said,“That’s not a shirt, that’s a DRESS” in a very condescending tone. The girls working the store were constantly on their phones and offered no help at all. I was walking around the store with a PILE of clothes in my hand, barely able to maneuver and no one offered to start a dressing room. I really dont want to go into the rest of the experience I had at this store so I will just say it is very obvious no one there likes their job or even cares that they are in the business of CUSTOMER service. Also, the music is so loud that I literally had to raise my voice to be able to speak with my friend as we were browsing the cheaply made clothing. I am disgusted beyond words with this store.

Beware of the manager named«Anna». .. at least at the«skinny» Vivi store located next to Jamba Juice. She has no clue what good customer service means at all. She doesn’t understand that in the US, the customer comes first. I can’t go into details, as I’m protecting the nice gals who work for her. I would have given this store zero stars, but I feel bad for the staff. I would rather work cleaning cow patties all day than work for her. Not only are her customer service and managerial skills rotten, but she doesn’t convey a professional«fashion» image for her industry. I seriously hope that the owners of Vivi realize that she is a direct liability to their business. Hey, who doesn’t love to shop on-the-cheap. .. but with this service, and the horrible return policy, I’d rather spend more to make my shopping experience 1. Happy, 2. Memorable, 3. Positive, 4. With lasting product quality, 5. Purchase assurance, 6. Human rights with staff, and wherever the clothes are manufactured. Many blessings to the«nice» gals that work under such«strict» conditions.

large selection of cheaply made hoochie clothes for big chicks. most tops are 20 – 27 $, but they have a decent selection of half-off stuff, like most inexpensive mall stores. i like that this isn’t in a mall though, i can’t stand malls. this location is behind the front row of stores that face the parking lot. that row includes the regular(skinny girls) vivi. the plus version is hidden in another row of stores not visible from the street. plus-sized bras are 6 $(size 38B and up). they don’t want you to try the bras on, but they’ll take the plastic theft-protection device off if you want to try the bras on over your shirt. lame, i know. oversized sunglasses are $ 6. clearance, bras and makeup are all non-returnable. everything else can be returned for exchange only. they accept visa, MC, discover. no AMEX

Great clothes, always fashion forward. BUT horrible customer service. The girls there act like you a bothering them and these girls really don’t know when not to use fowl language. While I was at the register the girls chatting didn’t seem to mind I was there. B*** this and F*** that. I will still go there but only for the clothes and cheap prices.

This is one of my favorite place to shop! I love how it’s super hidden in the Alum Rock plaza(in the back near Hometown Buffet) but yet it’s full of fun clothes! Not only does it cater to my lovely chest size but it’s also fashionable clothing that brings out your curves and does not make you look like a heffer. The price is decent and it is basically fashionable clothing for big woman or just«woman with big bones,» whatever you want to call it. I love this place, it is totally worth the price. I always walk-out with something. :)

I love this place because they always have the cutest stuff and not just because they carry stuff in my size. They have pretty fashion forward stuff and the staff was pretty helpful. When I noticed that the garment I liked had a tear I asked if they had another in the same size, they didn’t but they called up their other store and had them put it on hold for me. They are always helpful. The prices are reasonable and the clothing is a little cheaply made, but I have dresses that I bought from Vivi Plus three years ago that are still kicking and in good shape. So it’s got stuff just as good as Torrid but not so marked up. One of my favorite shops in San Jose.
