Very nice neighborhood park with big rolling hills; playground and tot lot; decent restrooms; easy access to Yerba Buena Creek Trail; conveniently located next to Evergreen Community Center; and about a stone’s throw from Evergreen Community College. The one negative(if you can call it that) is that there’s no street parking along the northerly side of Park Estates Way. My recommendation –to help you not piss off the residents on the south side of Park Estates– is to park in the Community Center parking lot. As you can see, this park has a lot going for it, and yet most people don’t even know it exists. Lucky for you, I’m here to educate and inform.
