My BMW 330CI 2004’s shucks were really worn and needed to be replaced ASAP. I had looked in many shops looking to get the part replaced, but John gave me the most fair price.
He was also extremely knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know in simple terms for me. He didn’t mind staying overtime to replace (and order!!!) my shocks, and thanks to his speediness and effort, I was on the road again in no-​time!
I’ve been on the road with my new struts for two weeks and they feel amazing. He really did a good job!
I really recommend Exact Automotive if you are looking for the best price and the best service around.

My dear Honda Accord 2011 named Fifi had a paint malfunction in its rear bumper… After a failed paint job by some random guy my dad hired, I knew I had to turn to someone who knew what he was doing and at the same time maintain that professional standard we all expect from a business. John, the owner, showed me respect, courtesy and at the same time assured me that my car’s rear bumper will look like new. And indeed it turned out to be the best decisions I’ve made in my life. So for those of you who need your car fixed, this is the place to go to! I believe it deserves a zillion more stars!
