I bought two thousands sf of their Brazilian Teak and two thousands of their Brazilian Cherry, and i have them all installed by their own contractor, it was a great experience that the sales is very helpful to me, they explained every details of the floors and how to maintain them. definitely will recommend everybody to go check it out, you might find your loved floors.

Sales person was pretty rude. Store is full of wood planks from China. No way for them to show me any CARB-​II certificate. I don’t want to install their floors first, then think about the poisonous formaldehyde releasing from the planks day by day. Worst yet, their price is not cheap either!
If a company tries to avoid credit card payment method and consitantly pursuading you going the route of check and cash, this company is not confident with their product, and they will definitely not providing any after-​sale customer service. Be carefull !

Just bought 1600 sq hard wood floor there, really regret the choice.
1) The actual color is off from the floor sample they assembled and put on the ground in their store. Most of mine are darker than the darkest on their floor.
2) They may play the price trick with you. Went there 3 times and got 3 price, the last time with my contractor and his truck in front of their door, got the highest price, but I have to get it otherwise I’ll delay my remodeling process.
They do have some wood floor unique or looks better than hard wood floor store nearby. If you do like the wood and want to buy, you should check price more before you make final decision (they won’t tell you price over the phone) and try to use credit card to pay (not easy for large ordering and they will try to persuade you use check)

Actual color of hardwood does not meet expectation. Floor sample are completely different from actual purchased hardwood. A lot of split color shown on the same piece of hardwood. I will posted some photos for your reference. Credit card payment system claimed not to be working at the time of payment and only accept cash or check. I will totally avoid this company if i ever need to remodel again.
