Floors To Go

We needed carpet for a rental property. After contacting other (big box) stores for price and selection, we chose Floors To Go.
Working with Will, we found a durable, high quality, great price for carpet, padding and installation.
The job was scheduled in a very quickly; the installers arrived on time and quickly got to work. With minimal fuss and disruption, everything was completed in less time that I expected. The installers cleaned everything up and the installation was to my great satisfaction (carpet to non carpet areas was perfect).
The installers were friendly and answered any questions that I had — someone even came out to inspect the job prior to them leaving.
I was extremely satisfied with the pricing, quality and work done by Floors To Go. I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring with great pricing!

I have worked with floors to go on many projects. Carpet & hardwood. I have been very happy with their product and the installations have always been on time and handled in a professional manner. The salesman I have worked with is Marty Rose and he has been great. He even comes out and checks on the progress of the installation. I very highly recommend Floors to Go and Marty Rose. You won’t find a more professional flooring contractor. From scheduling the job, to the performance of the crew, to the clean up… first class! EVERYTHING happened as it was promised and they even went the extra mile on a few things that were my responsibility.
The pricing was right in my comfort zone. They installed carpet in all bedrooms and a beautiful laminate that looks like hardwood in family rooms and hallway, linoleum in the bathrooms.
They also had the ability to install all the base and cased the doors out for me.

We recently took over management of a rental property and the tenants moved out. After inspection of the home, we needed to replace the carpets as they looked to be very old and worn. The owner told us they paid Floors to Go just over a year ago to replace the carpets and the carpets should only be 1 year old. We came to discover that the floor were paid for long distance by the owner and Floors to Go dropped the order never even installing the carpets. Now we are trying to get a refund check from this company more than a year later and it has taken them weeks to still issue a refund back to the owner. No payment given or mailed to us yet! And of course we had another company install the new floors. Sorry for the bad review but this deal has not been fun!

We had carpet installed by «Floors To Go» 3 weeks ago, the carpet color did not match where they had to piece it together. Marty came out and looked at it and said he would take care of it, and they did. Marty called the manufacturer and had a representative come out and check it out, he told Marty that they would replace the carpet. Marty ordered us new carpet and called me to update me on when the carpet be here. Yesterday Marty sent his guys out to install the new carpet, they did excellent job, very professional, cleaned up after and vacuumed the carpet! They have done 3 bedrooms in my home, and I am calling them back to do the 4^th bedroom next month.

I’ve purchased flooring from them years ago and had installation done. Good service. They moved since the Campbell days — and well, I was a little disappointed recently. I needed a bit more floor and items for my stair installation. Saturday sales, rude, one person had too many customers, was a little overwhelmed. Took copy of my sales receipt — didn’t leave any notes for the manager. Called the manager on Monday to discuss my needs. Called the manager’s cell on Wednesday — no call back. Called the manager’s cell on Friday; let me call the manufacturer, I’ll call you back. Hmmm, think I’ll get a call back. I’m so disappointed. I’ve had really good service from them in the past.

We recently had handscraped maple hardwood floors installed in our upstairs and downstairs. We are very happy with our floors and they look beautiful. Our salesman was Marty Rose. We had visited 4 other stores to get a feel of the materials and knowledge of the sales people. Marty seemed very knowledgeable and we felt the most comfortable with him. The installers that installed our floors were Steve and Jason. They were very professional and had excellent workmanship. I would recommend requesting the Steve and Jason team if you get hardwood floors installed. We also replaced the old carpet on our stairs. Floors to Go sent a different contractor for the carpet who came in when the hardwood floors were nearly done. His name was Curtis and he was also professional and competent. He worked late into the night and came back the next morning to finish the job. It was a lot of work to remove all our stuff from each room to get the new floors installed, but the process was made more enjoyable and stress free because of Floors to Go. We love showing off our new floors.

This is an update as the previous review was attached to «Floors to go» old store.
I’ll start from the end — I highly recommend these guys.
We used «Floors To Go» for our flooring needs twice. We installed new floors in the entire bottom floor of our house, two years apart, and had one large room refinished and stained. Both times the service, product and price were OUTSTANDING.
When we started our search for the new floor, we had no idea what we wanted. Mike, the manager is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He was very helpful in explaining the differences between the different products, helping us reach a decision, which we’re very happy with.
We got a great price quote for the engineered floor and work, compared to two other places.
When installation time came, and we needed a last minute change, Mike was very understanding and rescheduled a new time for us.
The installation was smooth, high quality and pleasant. Miguel, the guy who installed our floor did an amazing job bringing the edges to the tile level, smoothly leveling the hight gap.
As for the staining… Maybe I’m over sensitive, but two years later and the smell is still there although we picked the product with less odor among the options.
All in all, our house looks so much nicer and high-​end compared to the laminated floors we had before. We got great service and installation.

Update: recently we found that getting rid of an areal carpet is a big pain in the b… t, especially if you live in Sunnyvale. They’ll make you cut the rug in squares or roll it into a specific size that is just impossible. Contacted «Floors To Go» and they immediately said, «just bring it to our store and we’ll dump it for you!!!» What a service… it wasn’t even their carpet.

Wow! I am beyond impressed with Floors To Go. After a looong process of hunting for flooring… Mike helped my husband and I find THE MOST BEAUTIFUL hardwood AND carpet and we could not be happier. Service was amazing! Installation was perfect, Bill and Miguel were also awesome… and although I hope to never ever have to pick out flooring again, IF I did… I would hands down go to Floors To Go!!! Thank you!

My contractor told me to come here for remnants. Mike gave me such a great deal I decided to do two more rooms. Very professional and friendly. Great customer service speaks volumes.
