They have a great selection, and great service. Faheem helped us, answered all our questions and made suggestions based on our needs. We will definitely use them for all our flooring needs.

Faheem was great, let me take samples home to show my wife. Home Depot and Lowe’s charge outrageous for stairs: material plus $ 750 lot charge plus $ 10/​step. Payless had best price, very high quality carpet, and the workmanship was much better than the carpet that was replaced. Highly recommend.

This is a great place to get your carpet for a steal!
I came in here in a whim because the carpet store across the street tried to rip me off. I was greeted by an associate Cody. Looking around, I wasn’t pressured into anything. I wanted a stainmaster carpet into the living room that would be good for my upcoming baby and two german shepherds.
I narrowed it down to Bliss and asked Cody if there was one similar but softer. He brought out one from the office and gave me pricing for both. The sticker price included the carpet, pad, and removal/​discarding of the old carpet. I couldn’t decide on one that day so I left to think it over.
Later that week I came in and talked to Faheem. He was very nice and professional to deal with. I was able to take some samples home to decide. Later that week I placed my order! The guys here are sweet and very helpful!
They are truly all about customer service and want to keep the process hassle free which is what I love! I am truly happy with the beginning stages to the end. The installer even came after hours that they are closed so I was very pleased and would highly recommend people to go here when selecting carpet.

I went to one of those big stores and prices was great but you could not find anybody to answer my questions… Here you are walking in and right a way somebody helping you… And BTW price was almost the same!

I needed cheap carpet quickly and searched several places. I walked in and talked to the owner. I told him I needed 500 sq of cheap remnant carpet. He showed me several carpets in different price ranges. I ended up getting great quality carpet at a great price. This place is a pretty large warehouse with a good selection. I will definitely come back when I need my whole house done.
