I had a craving for a burrito so I decided to try this place. The chili verde wasn’t very flavorful. The burrito was edible but not worth making a special trip back. Also, not sure why they wrapped the burrito in paper then foil. I wanted to dig right in, but had to unwrap the paper first.

Gloria’s serves one of the best shrimp cocktail in town. Our go to place for something savory & cool… which also includes an ice cold Corona!

My burrito was just a rice and bean burrito with lil lil bit of carne asada. Dont be stinchy with the meat.

Location: Along a strip and wedged between other restaurants. It’s a pretty small restaurant and easy to miss Service: The owner seems to also serve the customers the food and it pretty nice. Price: SOCHEAP for the amount of food that you get. They give free tortilla chips and salsa. The burritos are HUGE. Food: I ordered one of Gloria’s Burritos and got shrimp. The shrimp was super fresh and soft, not overcooked, and the burrito itself was huge. The burrito came on a large plate with utensils and was covered in tomato sauce and cheese, with a dollop of guacamole and sour cream on top. The burrito was amazing and soft and delicious, and so worth the price!

Could be my new favorite Mexican restaurant — which sucks because I live all the way over in Berkeley. I got the shrimp Gloria’s Burrito — thought about the super burrito, but was going to a concert and didn’t want to get too full. Ha! This thing was HUGE, and SO tasty! Took half home for after the concert. Luckily, not too much filler — just the right amount of rice and bean with a lot of shrimp, sour cream, and guac. SO Good. My husband had two tacos — a carnitas and carne asada. They were also huge — tons of meat. He too said his meal was delicious. And the whole bill with two Coronas was only $ 25. Super nice guy that took our order and served us. Highly recommend!

My husband and I really love Gloria’s food. I have lived in the area for over 50 years and we just recently stumbled upon this place. Great food, nice restaurant, great service. We enjoy the take out.

They have a reallly good wet Vegetarian burrito. I go here pretty often to pick up lunch for me and my mom and I always get the same thing.

First time here actually enjoyed what I ordered. Not very many good mexican restaurants in the area. I definitely will come back and try another dish. =Place is a bit small.

Service a great. The place is clean. The food for the first here is not bad. I had the Monday special enchiladas with a beer of course. They bring out a cold mug and chip and salsa if you eat in. I plan on coming back to try out more of the menu

Best Burrito in town — and I’ve tried several! The owner makes then perfect to my picky specifications and they are delicious. I get a chicken burrito with extra chicken, rice, and very little cheese. The hubby gets the carne Asada made the same way with two lengua tacos. Consistently delicious! I’m here at least once a week.

Ordered the chicken enchilada plate and my husband got the carne asada supreme burrito. Both dishes were bland and not worthy of the hefty price. We will not be returning.

This place is amazing! We have been looking for good Mexican food for a long time and found it on this little hole in the wall! The burritos are great, I love the enchiladas suiza and the green sauce is yummy!

Only place I know that serves chimichangas like this. You won’t be disappointed! Pretty one of a kind. People are nice and friendly, treat you like family. Read some bad reviews on service but I guess it’s all your perception, don’t expect 5 star restaurant service at a taqueria… Been coming here for about 12 years now and never had a bad experience

I absolutely love this place! Best beans and rice, their enchilada sauce is to die for. The Gloria’s burrito wet is fantastic. Chicken flautas are so good, never overly dry. The staff is super nice — I’ve been going here for years and wouldn’t ever stop.

Firstly, the menu is super confusing… Lots of items. No organization. I just wanted a burrito, but there are four items named«Gloria’s burrito» and four that are named«Gloria’s supreme»… And kind of all looked the same. I ordered a Gloria’s burrito with chicken, seemed safe enough, but it came smothered in some sauce with a tiny dollop of guacamole and sour cream on top… Really not what I wanted. Maybe they made a mistake, because I couldn’t see anywhere on the menu that said it came with sauce on top, and it really wasn’t good. Very bland, soggy and semi-inedible. I only ate a few bites. I would go again, to give it another chance, but it was definitely not a good first impression.
