We no longer rent from Gower’s, but when we did they were awesome. Not once did we ever have problems with them. They were always so friendly and always on top of everything. I would definitely refer them to anyone that’s dependable.

Very responsive, moved in right away, a few minor issues upon moving in but were resolved quickly. House we moved into was recently remodeled, nice neighborhood, great rates. Would definitely recommend renting through Gower!

I lived at one of Gower Property’s apartment complexes for over 2 years. They have a very laid back management style, which is a good thing and a bad thing. It is good because you don’t have a landlord looking over your shoulder, and scolding you for every little thing. It is also a bad thing because it is very difficult to get them to do anything: for example, basic building maintenance and repairs. The reason I am giving only two stars is because they collected a very high security deposit and returned very little of it. This is after we painstakingly cleaned every nook and cranny just the way they asked us to. We believe they grossly overcharged us for cleaning and repairs.

Gower has been good to us for over a year, and that is why we have extended our lease. We love the idea of throwing money at them, because… well, they deserve it. They were very accommodating since the day we first met them. They gave us courtesy calls about us not paying our garbage bill(a miscommunication on our part), and they were patient with us and didn’t throw in a late fee. We were thinking of getting a Corgi, but there was a no pet policy at the place we are renting. But after a simple negotiation and conversation about our responsibilities, the property manager adjusted the policy for us. We didn’t have the Corgi yet, because of financial restraints but it’s nice to have the option available! However, we have been trying to get some maintenance done by sending an email of a photo of our house needing some upkeep and even when we turn in our rent check every month. This is what is keeping me from giving them a 4 – 5 star rating, once this problem of maintenance is fixed, I’ll bump it up and start to refer more business to them!
