Ohboy! I walk in and say hi to the guy behind the counter. He looks at me, then walks out (no smile, no hi, no how can i help you). hahahah great start!
Keep walking and there’s a lady behind the other end of the counter. She forcefully acknowledged me after a few seconds and said «showroom?»
yea
“that way” and just pointed straight in front of her. I looked in the room at the 5 different things they had, then noticed a sign on the wall saying «bigger showroom» and an arrow pointing left. It wasn’t a big sign, but noticeable if you’re looking for it.
Walked around to the back and there was a HUUUGGEEE showroom… but there was nobody there. No employees, and no customers (with this service… I see why). The same lady that was in the front ended up coming into the back, walked past me, and went into some back area. Perfect time for me to make my getaway w/​o having to talk to anybody… though I doubt anybody would come to offer any help.

Awful service! After trying mattresses in the store, we ordered one; that night we felt every single spring on it! Definitely not the one we tested in the store. When we called to complain, we never got our calls returned. My husband finally got his call answered by Jenny (the manager) who said that we are cheap and that we ordered a cheap mattress!
It was the same price as the one in Sears and we had ordered other furniture; we figured this way everything could be delivered together. What a disaster!
Needless to say, she won’t take the mattress back because it has been opened. Did she expect us to sleep on it with the plastic on? When we inquired about the warranty, she wants us to take care of it with her manufacturer!
The reason why Home rev is cheap is because they work directly with the manufacturer in Taiwan, Malaysia and Thailand. Who is the manufacturer!!!
It has only been two weeks since we’ve had the mattress and we haven’t had any sleep. Don’t bother wasting your time buying a mattress here!
